Ok girls

Today was kinda okayish… still got a dodgy tummy :bummer:

Brekky - Tea, fried egg, 2 pc toast ( after a verrrryyy long time )
Lunch - Pasta salad
Dinner - soup

Exercise need to do shred like now :bummer:

Morning girls

My updates 66.6 kg

Ps I weigh in routinely every am , nightwear around a bout the same time and pre food & drink

Yesyerday I had quite a bit too eat

I am going to be honest

B: 2 choc chip cookies
B: 1 small muffin

L: 1 Banana
A tin of tuna
1 small yoghurt pot with oats at the top

Dinner: 3 packets of Frisps :(
1 tiny pot of sweetcorn

I also went to the gym and did 40 minutes of running

Plan for today

Breakfast Biscuits : 200 cals

Lunch:
Banana, Apple,

Spinning class at Lunch
Spinning and street dance class in the evening :)

Dinner: Treat day today so not sure yet but want to make loads of roast veg and steak or something..

Ok, I went for my 45 minute spinning session and then had a cheese twist (naughty me ) and just had rice & tuna with some soy sauce..

I have another spinning class later in the evening or might for the street dance class instead

i have 1200 cals every day i’am using the website myfitnesspal to keep track of it all… you can eat quite a bit even on 1200 cals :vivo: i will be at about 1100 cals today kids are sick so i will try and workout as soon as i get a chance probably not anything more then 30mins.

Am i still able to join?

I need to lose about 20 pounds. Currently I weight 141 pounds. I started my diet and exercise last week.

I eat 1500 calories a day with half hour exercise 4 days a week.

I eat soup for lunch and egg white omelet for breakfast.
My snack is fruit and almonds all day long.

Water intake about 7 cups a day.

Lunch : chicken patty sandwich (brown bread)

alrite i did 12mins of turbo jam 12 min of brazil butt lift and 20min jillian michaels kickboxing.. i had 2 stop twice because of kids and phone calls but i still got a good sweat so i think i should be fine :blush:

45 minutes Cardio and 45 minutes Zumba

1 banana

Lunch was 1 1/2 baked mushroom and oven cooked chicken breast bas

Just now 1 milk coffee

current weight 200lbs
goal weight by dec 30th: 180lbs

I am eating between 800-1000 calories a day.. have completely cut out breads/rice/roti etc from my diet. Been good for the past 3 days. The day I lose 10 lbs Im treating myself to something like icecream/burgers etc :)

BF: 2 hb-eggs with a cup of tea (no sugar)
Lunch: Chicken breast with steamed veggies
snack: celery sticks with peanut butter & carrots
Dinner: dnt know what to prep yet.. ??

good for u take some multi vitamins along with your diet, i don’t know how people can do low carb diets.. i love my carbs :naak:
