****With New years Around the corner here is your chance to shed some lb’s
the challenge will begin november 9th and will continue until december 30th thats gives us a month and a half to reach our mini goals.
the challenge starts about a week from today so you can get your mind set that your in this 100% with 110% effort.
by entering this challenge you are commiting to atleast 30mins of cardio 4-5days a week and 1200-1800 calories/day no excuses
if you are interested in joinging please state your current weight and goal weight ..
if you are not comfortable with putting your weight on this thread just post the number of lb’s you would like to lose
at the end of the weightloss challenge we all will gather and celebrate our success and maybe even share before and after pictures
we are in this together patience and consistancy is the key
I am so in. Although I have to specify that I can be in my calorie range but cardio is out of question at the moment. I have some serious lower back pain & I am not sure when it will go away. Whenever I can I'll start it but for now I know I can't so I am just going to strictly watch what I am eating.
Also with my weight & physical activity my calorie range is 1690 - 2040
Jhanjariya you should also add "Drink at least 8 cups of water a day" to the other two things.
Current Weight: 259 lbs
Goal Weight: 235-240 lbs
p.s for ladies who are wandering whether I am a morbidly obese giant or something. I am 5'7

Daily food listings might be too much! I think a weekly weigh in would work for me, with updates added in. I started the Insanity workout, and hope to get in shape fast!
