I see no one is interested in long time solutions of the problems.
Let us talk and discuss because discussion is the only way to solve the problems.
Let us talk about Hazara province because there is no hope for this province till next elections.
All political parties are supporting it but ANP is reluctant .

You are absolutely right Pasha. I dont see it happening. See what has happened with provincial autonomy thing. All chief ministers got the funds and never passed it along. This gov doesn’t has any will. There is a saying when there is a will there is away. Same thing about DAsMs.
We should support new provinces as long as they are not based on any language or ethnicity.

We definitely need new provinces but there are at least 999 more important problems that need to be resolved.

Does Pakistan has money to afford and run new provinces...under the current setup (4 provinces)...they even can't pay for their electricity bills...let alone the provincial administrational costs...lol

Do you know Islamabad district is running as a province ,
All departments are working with a very small bureaucracy.That is no problem. Just make a will to strengthen Pakistan through respecting the wishes of its people.

More provinces will mean more help to people, more local development among others. Why would there be more wastage?
I think all these new provinces should be created, including Karachi as a separate province.

I know. PMLN's office was vandalized in Karachi by PPP thugs when Shahbaz Sharif hinted to make Karachi a province. Sindhis won't let the golden goose go away so easily.

Takht e Lahore is no one but a mentality.
Even only one in the history Maharaja Ranjeet Singh was from Gujranwala not from Lahore.
This is mentality grown up in known thousands year.

I saw no one in Pakistan claiming for heritage of Maharajah Ranjeet Singh.

I remember the time of 1 unit...Pakistan was faring better at that time...
PS: Its not me or you or anyone else to decide the amount of provinces...it must be folks of Pakistan (the final authority) to decide: Referendum... :)

This post is not related to topic but to tell you how the fools sitting in their offices made problems for us.
They create One unit to reach to a parity formula to not to give rights to majority of Pakistan living in East Pakistan.
See this map Baluchistan was divided in five parts/ states.
Bahawalpur was too a separate province, already discussed.

great work AP, now the area is real Balochistan, rest of the land belonged to the Pashtuns and was more developed than the red-area otherwise known as B-Zone....

That is my problem.
These intermediate pass intellectuals and their civilian slaves did this wrong in the time of Yahya. If they could restore West Pakistan's provinces in their real shape,we could be much better.
