Horry will always be remember for his lucky shot. That game is the season highlight of LAKERS, as Derek Fisher said so. :) Other than that, Horry is not even an average player.

See that is double standards - Jordan makes a shot once in his lifetime, he is considered a legend, Horry makes those shots every now and then and he is called average player and his shot as 'LUCKY' ????
PT brother, Horry has got 5 rings too and is on his way to his sixth. :)

Double standards, yawn.
Why are you comparing Jordan with Horry? Jordan used to be a match winner, still he's from Wizards. Horry comes nowhere near to Jordan.
Have you seen Horry's poor shots lately? 1 out of 10 he gets al right. You better check his points average in the last couple of games that will give you the idea of what am talkin' about. Mark Madsen does a better job than him. It's not that I hate Horry, and like I said before, Horry's 3-points basket will never be forgotten against KINGS in the last year playsoff. As long as Horry lives, he won't even forget that either. But when the player is not in his form; better not to play him in the game.
Staples Center was stunt when Horry made that shot! One moment, I thought, we lost the game as Kobe and Shaq failed to make a 2-points basket. Next moment, we won it by one point! WOW
I never thought Horry could do such attempt but yeah that was hell of a game against KINGS. Good game by Horry. :k:
Actually, KINGS say that it was Lucky Shot by Horry and from LAKERS. That made them really fraustrated after the game; and News Conference is witness of that.
Sacramanto queens whine all the time. NBA should give the championship maloof brothers and to that looser Chris Webber to keep them from whinning.
About Horry - Another last minute shot was against the 76ers in the 2001 Finals he made a 3 pointer in last minute to give Lakers 4 point lead after Shaq 7 Fisher had fouled out. Also last year playoff games against Blazers Horry scored a 3 pointer with 2 seconds left in the game and they won the game 92-91. Can you beat that. There are too many Horry shots in the last minute of the game to recall.
He is one of the all time best finishers in the NBA.

Don’t be too hard on Webbie and fans of KINGS, uff! :hehe:
Oh yeah, who can forget that. Well, anyway, by playin’ some poor games, I reckon Horry is back. He scored 13 points, picked up 12+ rebounds as LAKERS crushed MARVERICKS!
LAKERS and MAVERICKS battled to a standoff in the first half, but Shaquille O’Neal scored 18 of his 31 points after the intermission as LAKERS took a 100-89 win in Dallas on Thursday night. Kobe Bryant scored 13 of his 19 in the second half. Fox, Fisher, Pargo, Madsen contributed good! Steve Nash and Dirk Nowizki scored 26 and 22 points, respectively.
MAVERICKS Coach Don Nelson was ejected from the court, as he and Nowizki complained about not giving the foul in favor of them. Actually, Shaq didn’t even pushed Nowizki. He rejected the ball so hard, Nowizki was on the ground. It was funny, really funny! :hehe: Texans were upset! :rotfl:
On Friday night(04/04/03), LAKERS will play against GRIZZILERS in Memphis. Next Thursday, LAKERS will play against KINGS @ Staples Center. You don’t wanna miss that, do you?
Hain? You haven’t been followin’ SIXERS game? This is SIXERS official website. Check out schedule. SIXERS will play against ROCKETS on Friday night(04/04/03) and KINGS on Sunday; and I reckon it’s gonna be great clash. Btw, Allen Iverson named Best player in the Eastern Conference.
What’s not so important about NBA? Oh Dallas lost to LAKERS, official stats of LAKERS & MAVERICKS (41-5).
Thanks Ehsan bhai :>
I had asked Ehsan to put the NBA and NCAA threads as sticky cos of the ongoing tournament and games. (Mens NCAA trournament and NBA playoffs are approaching fast). Plus GS really needs to know that there other sports in the world besides Cricket :)
Damn right. Shaq just took a deep breath and released it. Common Dont insult Shaq by saying that he pushes Dirt nowitzki or Shawn Bradly or that new overrated Houston Rockets’ MAO or YAO. Shaq Pushes only one guy in NBA and that is that fakester Vlade Divac.
Watch out for Horry in the Play Offs - He is a playoff player, He doesn’t play well in regular season.
Right there is the problem i.e regular season. Team can’t be sucessful if it doesn’t stick together from the start to the end. LAKERS Bench players need to make as much as many points so that it could ease a lil bit pressure off from Shaq and Bryant.
WOW! What a game today! One point game victory of LAKERS over GRIZILLES. Kobe Bryant hit the game-winning shot from the top of the key as the Lakers rallied from a 23-point deficit to defeat the Grizzlies 102-101 @ Memphis. Shaquille O’Neal reached the 30-point plateau for the fourth straight game, tallying a game-high 33 points and was one rebound shy of his season-high total of 20. Bryant chipped in with 21 points, Mark Madsen and Kareem Rush added 10 and 9 points, respectively!
On Sunday, Phoenix Suns @ Staples Center! Bring on…
Oh I thought you had Cable Service.
SIXERS lost to ROCKETS. The SIXERS raced out to an 11-point half-time lead, but faltered in the second half, dropping an 88-79 decision to the Rockets. Eric Snow and former Rocket Kenny Thomas had 17 points apiece for Philly, which endured a rare off-night from Allen Iverson aka A.I. [Artificial Intelligence j/k] shot just 4-for-23 for eight points. Poor game by Iverson.
Waisay, you can check game scores on official website of the SIXERS.
How do you know that?
That’s what ya think..
.. and so as Boston Redsocks and Celtics, yeah right
