There are different types of lettuce such as iceberg lettuce and romaine lettuce. Also, I am pretty sure cauliflower is = phool ghobi and cabbage is - band ghobi. Rutabaga looks like turnip but a lot larger in size.

phool ghobi- cauliflower
band ghobi- lettuce (i think?)
kela- banana
Aam- mango
piyaaz- onion
aaloo- potato
Saib- apple
leemoo- lemon/lime

Correct, and people from the UP area of India like to call bandh gobhi [cabbage] karam kalla as well. My dad’s from there so I know. He has some really strange names for some vegetables.
