Secondly, regarding the Hadith you presented. No muslim would praise the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) the way the Christians praise Hazrath Isa (as)(Jesus). Simply because They (the Christians)praise him and elevate him to the status of being the son of God (Na-Uzobillah). We praise the Blessed Prophet (peace be upon him) as much as we can, but at the end of the day, we still believe him to be a Prophet, nothing more.. nothing less. We do NOT think of him as being a partner with Allah or his equal.
Can I ask you a serious question ?...
What have you got against our Holy Prophet (peace be upon him)... its just that when-ever he is mentiond in any of the posts, you seem to go out of your way to 'prove' that his was nothing special... you seem to do everything in your power to almost bring him down to your level of existence.
Arch, did you read that hadith that I posted? Don't praise him like you think he is GOD and he can help you in his grave, don't do that, that is SHIRK and HARAM. HE CANNOT HELP YOU IN HIS GRAVE ONLY BEING THAT CAN HELP YOU IS ALLAH AND ONLY ALLAH AND NOTHING BUT ALLAH AND YOU SHOULD SAY DAROOD SHARIF ON OUR PROPHET AND SEND BLESSINGS ON HIM BY READING DAROOD SHARIF THAT X-COMMI POSTED.
He was nothing but a prophet, a warner and a HUMAN being with human attributes, and he did not helped anyone without the WILL OF ALLAH and now that he is NOT in this world any more, he certainly cannot hear you or see you or know what you are doing. YOU SHOULD ONLY CALL UPON ALLAH!!! If you want to make dua, you should say darood sharif first and than say dua, as prescribed in the SUNNAH and hadith books. Have you ever read those? Or are you preaching what your parents and grandparents thought you?
When you call upon Prophet Mohammad, do you think he hears you? Do you think when he hears you he talks to allah and asks him to fulfil your needs? Considering you view on this, it would mean that millions of Muslims who do call upon our prophet MOhammad(pbuh) are elevating him above his being a prophet that they THINK he can hear them from miles away in his grave and he knows who is that person that is calling him????

Ramesha, I have answered his question. Even Quran confirms that Mohammad(pbuh) was nothing but a HUMAN and a warner. He was a prophet, and he deserves the OUGHT most respect that we can give him, we show our respect to him by FOLLOWING HIS ways, not distorting his ways to accommodate our own desires.
Did he ever say that we should call on the dead? No. But you people are insisting that we should…
MOhammad(pbuh) was afraid that his ummah will start to worship him like Jews worship their prophets and like Christians worship Jesus, same is what you people are doing when you elevate him(mohammad(pbuh) above his level of being a prophet who warned us against shirk and asked us to call upon ALLAH only and do not associate anything with him. But I guess, heedless people will never learn just like people at the time of Mohammad(pbuh) did not accepted Islam but were adhered to rituals and beliefs of their ancestors.
May Allah show you the RIGHT and TRUE path to Islam and make you understand the Islam better like Mohammad(pbuH) and sahaba did. Ameen.

X-communist and watcher i am totally in agreement. I want to prove watcher's point in that Muhammad didn't want his ummah to worship him like other religions. Also when you go to Muhammad's grave in Saudia some ill-faithed people bow in front of his grave and the guards present try to prohibit such a disgraceful act and will strike you if necessary.
And how come no one answered X-commis question about widows remarrying??? By the way Paglu's reply wasn't satisfactory.
I wonder, where is Admin, Moderator and Muzna to warn these idiots who are calling me names and making personal attacks towards me just because I have presented them with logical truthful argument.

First of all, I have no idea what does the word "watachabhi" means. To me, it seems just a combination of 2 words with no specific meaning. And then you turned back and called him 'idiot'. Why do you always over-react so much?
Interesting as these discussions maybe, for some reason, you and other members just seem to get carried away, resulting in name-calling and infighting on the forum. Once this happens, the main purpose of the forum dies and it is reduced to who can insult the most. It is precisely for this reason, that a moratorium on such topics was imposed.
It seems, that even now, you guys can not handle these topics in a dignified way.
The admin/mod team has nothing personal against any member here. This discussion was very interesting, (though it was soon approaching a brick wall). I am sure the mod don't want to edit anything here. But the way some members go off in a rage, means more needs to be done to control the temper and make it more suitable to public forums. This is not our drawing room where we can show anger and emotions and expect the other person to cow down. Rudeness begets rudeness.
All of you are well-advised to be coignizant of the rules of this forum. If you can't control your temper, then stay away.
We have already asked the questions, which were never answered. But this daram comes in and ruins the whole thread. Pristine, what if someone calls someone an “apple-john” do you know what that means? Would you come here and justify that “insult” with saying lets say “i don’t know what that means, to me its just a combination of 2 words…”

When I say “anything” its automatically: “he watcher you are being warned, do it again and you are banned.” but when its someone else calling me names, its nothing but combination of 2 words…
