here is my wedding venue. its the poolside pavilion at hyatt. it’s a structured tent. here are pics of it in pink lighting but we are doing a golden/amber lighting.

my centerpeices will look like this but with some magenta/dark pinks :
and my aisle leading to my stage will be a pomander (flower balls) aisle like this (except the colors will be diff)
i will be alternating tall/short centeripeces. the short ones will be small and full of roses of diff colors
the chairs will be mohagony chivari chairs with flowers hanging from every other chair in the back of the chair. it forms like a Y shape in the back .
the stage will be lit up and will have a pretty wooden bench on it and pillows of amber/pink will be on it and pomanders hanging from the top of the stage.
One thing i want to ask you. Do they do all the decoration for you or do you just book the halls and decorate them yourself i.e. get a wedding planner to do that or do it yourself is your choice..they (the hall walas) have nothing to do with it?

my flower girls carried pomander balls in white at our wedding. they're so cute and fun, but also really chic!

50,000 pounds??? w00t?? are you sure?
even planners in canada don't charge that much for $100,000 weddings!
they usually take a percentage of the overall budget... like 5%-10% depending on how popular they are.
i think you should do some more research and talk to some planners in the UK... i am positive you'll find one willing to work within your budget. thats if you really want one, of course.
yea,..there r two really popular and famous wedding planners...they both sum up to this amount! which is faaaar tooo much....but im nt lukng for any planner anymore! im happy with my own decoration and styles...and also my family is dng a hard work too..so all gud!!
nope UK wedding planners arn't that expensive.....well according to gore...there not that expensive, but they do take a percentage of all ur budget and if u include their flowers, themes etc it'll be even more expensive, a modern professional table centerpiece whould be £45-50.....depending on wot flowers ur using, the glass vase (size) and the little decor ont he table itself and if ur having 8 ppl on each round table with 200 guests thats easiy about £1500 gone on only on ur table decor.........
its well worth it if u can buy it all urself and do it yourself.....trouble is wot do u do with the extra vases uv bought?....or u can hire the vases....but still hiring will cost u rounf £5-10 each vase for ecah table and each flower head will cost u even more
normal rose head is £1.5-2.00, but if u wana go lower down gerbera head would b £1.00, depending if its small or big....and for each table center u'll need about 25-30 rose heads thats ur £60 only on roses gone........
trust me UK weddigns are expensive if u wana do it the classic way....

hey dear weddings have much included than a few vases or flowers!!! u wuld even not know abt all the things that wedding planner include in ur wedding list...i have got a list....recently made by Lakhanis wedding planner ...and i was jst amazed to look at these things and their prices...and yes a wedding can be that expensive...but again it depends wht class u belong too!!
yup, weddings are way more than centrepieces... there are a lot of varieties of everything available and the main job of the planner is to do all the negotiating and running around and set up for you, so all you do is say yes or no, and sign the checks. it can save you a lot of hassle if you've got the money to spend and no time to plan or no idea where to start planning.
catty: google "wedding planners UK" and you'll see how many listings pop up... there are planners to suit every taste and budget. but you sound like you have it under control, so good luck! :)
on top of that dese planners have soo much nakhre..and they always choose the most expensive thing...regardless wht is it....stage or flowers....backlights or music etc etc....which sucks really...

well then they're a horrible planner and shouldn't be in the business.
a good planner will work with you, not against you and your budget- they won't get paid otherwise! lol :p
i think doing it yourself is a lot of fun too- i know i really enjoyed planning my wedding.
well to me it seems a lot!! and i cant ask soo much from my parents..since they r giving me a house in jaheez too!! not that my in laws askd abt it..but i wantd to hve it myself..so yea it all depends on ur budget!!
