Muslims of India speak openly about.......

Khan sahib,
When I wrote this thing I was simply referring that discrimination is prevalent everywhere based on various issues.
I was not pointing my finger anywhere, but I acknowledge the way I wrote was not appropriate.
The discrimination that ordinary Pakistani suffers in its society is Pakistan’s internal problem, and it is Pakistanis to deal with it. I think a person, like me, who has meager knowledge of Pakistan’s social setup, is anywhere needed to comment on it
But I agree to you on the point of caste based discrimination is prevalent in highest degree in rural India, and the issue should be seriously addressed.

Khan sahib,
Agreed, caste based system of jatis has also not delivered the expected result. The only criteria can be economic backwardness.
Affirmative action was always there, it started with the set up of Aligarh Muslim University and there are many institutes for minorities’ all over the country but still they are not able to produce desired result.
Finally, rather dealing this issue seriously, for all political parties, it is just a vote-bank politics. So sometimes they flag this issue just to raise their political status,
Muslims have political representation in India even parties like BJP has Muslim leaders but still none of them are concerned about it. They just come on dais when they find it as a lucrative issue and go back once this issue goes down.
And this is not good for democracy.

[mod] Please refrain from personal attacks [/mod]

Are you hiding from me? Whatever you want to say, say to it to me not through your Indian friends.

Take a good look at your post, the hatred against Sindhi Hindus indicate how much racist are you and you talk about caste system of India. You guys can never convince Indians of your chaploosi by quoting such racists remarks and make them bleive that there is no written caste system or discrimination on the basis of caste and creed in Pakistan. I am the last person to interfere in your love afair with Indians, keep on convincing them by quoting such nonsense. They are not going to believe you.

I never said any racist commensts against Urdu speakers, I challenge you to point out any such post. I am difinitely against political parties based on ethnicity such as mqm who are also known as urban terrorists thriving on bhutta, kidnaping, killings, terrorising people who do not belive in their spiritual cult leader residing in London.

Re: Muslims of India speak openly about…

Well i will stick to the topic (i hope lolz)
I searched for youtube and its true that most Muslims
do believe that the Indian government should take steps for
reservation for Muslims in India.

If you wanted to know how muslims feel about reservations. well all you had to do was read something about it in Indian press. There is enogh discussion going on in India about it and government of India is also invovled in it.

Perhaps this concept is new to you but that is how things work in a democracy. I mean you dont have to blow yourself up to be heard. Discrimination percived or otherwise happens in all socities and countries but till you don't address it, the problem will grow.

Well
it just happens to be that i don't TRUST
hypocrite Indian press
:)

And its about time that you wake up
because any country that is suppressing another community cannot be called democraZy

There you go again ... if muslims in India are able to express themselves freely where is the question of supresssion !!!!! I mean they have been able to say what they want right inside their own country .... the don't have to run to foreign lands and then express themselves through a telephone:D

perhaps it is jealousy that muslims in India can express themselves freely while in an islamic country their voice is supressed ... dictatoship is no democrazy

Oh so we have to kneel before the indian government for even BREATHING?
wow what a demoCRAZY india is indeed.

O mighty HINDUSTAN we greet and and are thankful to you that you let are talk and breath!!!

:D

Re: Muslims of India speak openly about.......

^ that would be a good start but we'll have to watch you for consistency

Niden,

May its your poor English, but Rajah Saheb started this thread to discuss about the system of reservation in India. Last I knew the MQM was a Pakistani political party, not an Indian one. I am still confused how the MQM can affect the reservation policy in India. I am assuming you think Altaf is so influential in Bharat that he can phone the Indian government and tell them to give the Rajasthan Gujars ST status.

On the caste system in Pakistan, I stand by my comment. The only exception are the Sindhi Muslims, who do practice caste. For example the Sindhi Baluch sub-castes like the Chandio, Jatoi or Talpur hold huge estates, while occupational castes like Kumbhar, Suthar, Khati, Bajeer, Lohar, Teli, Mohana, Sheedi etc are bonded. But this system is unique to your people. My people or the Punjabi, Seraikis, Pathans, Baluch, Hindkowan etc do not practice it. Kapish.

Not sure by what you mean by you guys. Can you illucidate.

Keep on lying and misguiding people here too. Braderi system is practiced in Pakistan since you were not born. Read and improve your racist horizon. Little knowledge is a dangerous thing, keep this in your racist mind.

Punjabi people - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Pakistani Punjabis

Punjabis make up almost 45% of the population of Pakistan. The Punjabis found in Pakistan belong to groups known as biradaris, which descend from a common male ancestor. In addition, Punjabi society is divided into two divisions, the zamindar groups or qoums, traditionaly associated with farming and the moeens, who are traditionally artisans. Zamindars are further divided into qoums that claim pre-Islamic ancestry such as the Rajput, Jat, Shaikhs or (Muslim Khatri), Kambohs, Gujjars, Dogars and Rahmani (Muslim Labana). Zamindar groups claiming Central Asian or Middle Eastern ancestry include the Gakhars, Khattar, Awan, Mughal and Arain, comprising the main tribes in the north of the province, while Khagga, Bodla, Jhandir, Daudpota, Gardezi, Syed and Quraishi are found in the south, all of whom claim Arab ancestry. Immigrants from neighbouring regions, such as the Kashmiri, Pashtun and Baluch ,also form important element in the Punjabi population. Pashtun tribes like the Niazis and the Khakwanis, are integrated into Punjabi village life. Especially the members of the Niazi tribe, who see themselves as Punjabis first. They have big communities in Mianwali, Bakkar, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal and Toba Tek Singh. Major Moeen groups include the Lohar, Khateek, Rawal, Chhimba Darzi, Teli, Julaha, Mallaah, Mirasi and Muslim Shaikhs, who are associated with a particular crafts or occupation. [20]](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/#cite_note-19)
Punjabis have traditionally and historically been farmers and soldiers, which has transferred into modern times with their dominance of agriculture and military fields in Pakistan. In addition, Punjabis in Pakistan have been quite prominent politically, having had many elected Members of Parliament. As the most ardent supporters of a Pakistani state, the Punjabis in Pakistan have shown a strong predilection towards the adoption of the Urdu language but nearly all speak punjabi, and still identify themselves as ethnic Punjabis for the most part. Religious homogeneity remains elusive as a predominant Islamic Sunni-Shia population and a Christian minority have not completely wiped out diversity since the partition of British India. A variety of related sub-groups exist in Pakistan and are often considered by many Pakistani Punjabis to be simply regional Punjabis including the Seraikis (who overlap and are often considered transitional with the Sindhis) and Punjabi Pathans (which publications like Encyclopædia Britannica consider a transitional group between Punjabis and Pathans.

***Your spiritual leader does not believe in Pakistan and said that partition of India was the biggest blunder in the history of makind. Do you want me to link that too? Who knows Indians might listen to him as he is more loyal to India then to Pakistan. His and his cult mqm loyality to Pakistan is only to grab Sindh’s and Pakistan resources, that is all. ***

Where did i say Pakistanis have to kneel before Indian government ... but then i guess you have run out of steam :D

laughing at your own jokes lately huh?!!
no audience to clap at your jokes i guesssssssssssss.

you are not a Muslim so you cannot speak for the Muslims in India you can never feel what muslims in india are feeling
.........ehum..........stick to the topic mate ............!! :)

I don't have to speak for Muslims in India ... they are capable of speaking for themselves and as your video shows they are saying it openly in India. While on Muslims you should also post videos of those people who cannot speak freely in their own country and have to use the "fone" to express themselves. You will be doing your muslims brethern a service by promoting their right of free speech.

Now the important lessons from this video is .... in a democracy everyone has a right to speak and that my friend is what your should be focussing on ... promoting democracy in the region. That will lead to peace and prosterity for one and all. Muzzling voices of citizens leads to dismemberment of a country ..... history has taught us !!!!!

Yes Indian Muslims are capeable of speaking themselfs
and thats what they are doing RIGHT NOW
and you and indian governement is not listening to them
dont'u think you are contradicting yourself?
:)

aik baar phir apna message parh lo
you are just replying nonsense for the sake of replying.
kuch wazan bhee hona chahyee na aap ke message mein mohtaram :)

What can i say … you are ill informed on what is happening in India on muslim reservation. There is involvement of the government at the highest level …
PM meets Muslim MPs, will work for consensus on quotas

Now you might not known it but PM is the highest level in a democracy like India … “chota smiley”

You are not listening to MUSLIMS in INDIA make
they are speaking to you
they are crying out and they WANT you and your indian government to treat them as
equal

Well do anything quota or kyoto
i dont care just listen to your Muslim community mate

Perhaps the concept is new to you ... but in a democracy when the government at the highest level gets involved in something that means that issue is being addressed and the voices are being heard.

I mean Indians don't have generals who will come and force the orders down their throat .... unforunately they have to work within the democratic framework ... where "dhere hain ander nahi " unlike the "*ander nagri chopat raja" *kind of banana republics in the region :)

well to me India is not a democracy its a demoCRAZY really
no one with even one braincell will believe that india is a democracy
A country oppressing over 10 million people and its military butchering innocent people can never be a democracy
you have believ whatyou want but for me most important HERE
on this thread is the topic i was talking about
you can do your best to distract me or others but u will not succeed
so i would prefer that you stick to the topic mate and talk about the real issue
which is Muslims of India are not treated fairly and they want equal treatment and
where they are discriminated they want quota so the
risk of being discriminated is minimum.
