Muslim Terrorist

Re: Muslim Terrorist

Just a few examples of Christians murdering in the name of their religion:

*The motive for anti-abortionist Scott Roeder murdering Wichita doctor George Tiller on 31 May 2009 was the belief that abortion is not only immoral, but also a form of murder under “God’s law”, irrespective of “man’s law” in any country, and that this belief went “hand in hand” with his religious beliefs.[SUP][99]](Christian terrorism - Wikipedia)[/SUP][SUP][100]](Christian terrorism - Wikipedia)[/SUP] The group supporting Roeder proclaimed that any force is “legitimate to protect the life of an unborn child”, and called on all Christians to “rise up” and “take action” against threats to Christianity and to unborn life.[SUP][101]](Christian terrorism - Wikipedia)[/SUP]Eric Robert Rudolph carried out the Centennial Olympic Park bombing in 1996, as well as subsequent attacks on an abortion clinic and on a lesbian nightclub. Michael Barkun, a professor at Syracuse University, considers Rudolph to likely fit the definition of a Christian terrorist. James A. Aho, a professor at Idaho State University, argues that religious considerations inspired Rudolph only in part.[SUP][102]](Christian terrorism - Wikipedia)

Don’t forget the fights between Protestants and Christians in Northern Ireland. What about this sad link:

Re: Muslim Terrorist

What do you think ? Why do you think the French newspaper was attacked ? Or kids were killed in Peshawar ? Or planes hit a building on 9/11 ?

All I know is that they claim to be Muslims and carry out their acts in defense of their religion. Pls enlighten me if you have better information.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

And this ideology has been defeated time and again in elections in the US.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

Monk saheb, my aim is not to offend. The sole reason why I am so vocal about this is because I am very worried about the future of Muslims in Europe, and muslims in general.

Also, my point is that there must be a clear cut stance against violence and hatred among muslims. Which there is unfortunately not. There are too many who will oppose maltreatment of Yazidi women in Iraq, but at the same time not say sexual slavery is wrong and not part of Islam, its barbaric and inhumane, full stop.

Rather they will justify the concept of sexual slavery, but say ISIS are not implementing it correctly.

Same goes for general violence against women, hit them, but “lightly”? Why not just say, dont hit women, full stop.

Hatred and violence is wrong, no ifs no buts, just complete and utter wrong. Thats all it takes, clear cut stance against it. Am I wrong in pointing this out? Facts are unfortunately that this clear cut stance is missing in many muslims.

Majority of Muslims do not consider them Muslims. In fact, most of the victims of these attacks are Muslims. You choose to belive the minority to be true Muslims.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

That is very difficult post to answer.
Specially by me, some one with humble knowledge.

Part, because its going from most sophisticated of action by society to most cruel of their exposure.

Its like a surgeon in the middle of surgery, and some one expose it as cruelty , other use it slit open people at their will.

Both topic are deep with history and results. I suggest you look them up and read them your self.

As for future of islam in Europe, I am very glad its not in our hands.. its in hand of European
converts, which comprise of , 80%-90% women.
So islam is pretty safe, in good hands

Re: Muslim Terrorist

They don’t do it for defending religion whereas the muslims will defend by giving religion an argument.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

How many of the billions of muslims use this as an excuse. please enlighten me. Generalising is not good.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

this incident may or may not be true, but there are plenty of people who know Islam (as well as any of the other awesome religions) inside out and still are confirmed evildoers. knowing stuff or praying doesnt make anyone a good person automatically.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

I am not generalizing but ISIS,Boko Haram ,Taliban ..they all do it on the name of Islam.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

What does that mean?

A Hindu will not defend by giving religion an argument?

A sikh/Christian etc. will not to the same?

I think your thought was broken and you wanted to say something else and it eventually did not make any sense in your favor.

You are generalizing when using these examples.
And it is very obvious.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

How many examples you have where sikh/hindu has killed anyone and justifying it on the basis of religion?
well ISIS,taliban, boko haram etc do it on islam’s name and then they will justify it on the basis of their religion.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

Hindus have their own problem. Still follow untouchability. At least Islam doesn’t follow that.

It is of academic interest to the Sikhs in 1984 and Muslims in 2003 Gujarat whether the Hindus massacred them on the basis of religion or not.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

Still distancing from them won’t solve problem, eliminating would

Re: Muslim Terrorist

Of course you are generalising, handful of terrorist organisation using Islam’s name and your post says Muslims will defend thereby giving the impression that all or majority of Muslims use this as an excuse, which is simply not true.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

Well. Common people are not Govt or army or any thing of that sort.
They dont have no means to eliminate them, if there was as taliban-ABAD in the middle of pakistan, people would run it over many time by now. But they live in caves and often run to afghanistan.
So in that environment, it VERY DISHONEST, to make common people think about this issue over and over and over and over AS THEIR OWN problem.
Because its not.
People how insist, common muslims need to look at it, more then once in life time, are either not smart, or not honest.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

There is no guarantee, holding this book, or reading it could cause miracles to happen in a person.
How ever there seems to be prerequisite.

Pickthall: This is the Scripture whereof there is no doubt, a guidance unto those who ward off (evil).

      **Yusuf Ali**: This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah;

**Shakir**: This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who guard (against evil).

      **Muhammad Sarwar**: There is no doubt that this book is a guide for the pious;

(quran 2:2)

Re: Muslim Terrorist

When many muslims are confused themselves if these people are muslim or not, it would be very hard for muslims to convince non-muslim world that is the case. If Pakistani people along with army put their heart to this enterprise, it can achieve desired result

Re: Muslim Terrorist

two very different things.

People in pakistan is not under the pressure to prove “ohhhh islam is peace”
Its muslims who are in the west go through this.

If any thing people in west need to be educated about the issue.

Re: Muslim Terrorist

One can argue ad nauseam that the terrorists are not Muslims, but after a point that argument becomes meaningless when the only common link between these terrorists is Islam. Take a look around you - whats common between Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, ISIS, Al Shabab, Paris killers, 9/11, London train bombings, Indonesia blasts, LeT…?

There has to be a better way for “moderate” Muslims to take this filth out.
