^ D6C, you need to decide whether Baluchistan is under Pakistan's control or the sardars'.
If it is under Pakistan's control, it is Pakistani government which is to blame if those 'millions of $$$s' never reached Baluch masses.
If it is under Sardars' control, please do not complain about what they do in THEIR territory, killing people or kidnapping them. They killed for their own causes, Pakistan army killed for its own cause.
When it comes to rights, you claim rights to natural resources in the province and rights to implement Pakistani law there. When it comes to responsibilities, you throw them to the Sardars. Nonsense, if you ask me.
Extra-judicial killings, by Baluch Sardars or by Pakistani Army are equally wrong. We are facing catastrophic fallouts from use of force during Mush's time and perhaps people not living in Pakistan cannot sense those.
well we already on edge of a fall
we have nothing left to believe accept God, so its your right which u vote or not but not voting is neglegency
vote to
PPP
PMLN
or other major parties we already know them very well. tell me who u wana see in power?
and btw something is very messy goin behind the curtains, well u know in Pakistan every thing possible.
let see what happen nxt and keep hope and prayers for a great strong Pakistan
^ and do you think this mushi is bringing in some new bread of politicians, all dhulay dhulaaye istree kiye huway siyasat daan? his APML is, and PMLQ was, nothing more than a mixture of corrupt and failed politicians. not only PPP and PMLN got the chance, but mushi got 8+ years, more than both PPP and PMLN
^ yar read my reply to D6C on previous page, its already answered there. simply saying no it didnt happen, and its lie, its fake show me link, wont help
sad that we attach lol to a political leader's death...
so why did she stay after the first attack? why didn't she run away like that hermaphrodite Musharraf? she stood her ground. she was braver and had more guts than all the generals put together.
how long was she in exile for?
she only came back because of the deal with the hermaphrodite! so much for her guts!
Has BB or NS ever apologised for their misrule? They have constantly blamed others!
They have never acknowledged their mistakes. In fact BB had the nerve to call Pakistan a banana republic forgetting she had actually been part of the misrule!
*If we can bring NS, BB back then why not Mushy? At least under Mushy there was some direction. The current government is just a giant mess. *
*Before people actually start pointing at the previous government for their mismanagement, the current government promised change - they gave it too - they made everything worse! *
*I think Musharaf should give a large chunk of his money to charity. Then maybe i would forgive him completely. *
As far as the Lal Masjid operation is concerened. Mushy, the fake commando made a big mistake by sitting on his ass and letting a small scale disturbance become a blood bath.
*I*n the begining isloo police were ready to go inside the mosque, this would have been just a "police" operation with minimum collaterale damage. mushy was too busy playing politics and hence responsible for blood bath and many death in several lahore explosion last year (some of them were alleged to be handiwork of so called Ghazi Force)
An apology, hmm. Thats a big political mistake.
People who supported his actions would not like to see this apology. (People like me).
People who hated him for his actions, would love to see him apologise but will not vote for him.
so its a lose lose situation for him.

Mushi has to understand that he is no Bill Clinton. One has to do a lot for his country so country can forgive his or her one or two mistakes. You cannot apologize for blunders after blunders that you have committed and expect the nation to give you another chance.
For those who criticize that operation due to presence of hostages, we already saw earlier the interview of some of fanatic “students” claiming there were no hostages. Here is some more:
General Arshad said that only a few dozen of the hundreds of women and children that were said to held be inside the school were actually in the complex when the fighting began. He claimed that almost all had managed to escape.

From the same link, some news about what was found in that building:
Journalists were shown the remains of the militants’ deadly arsenal: machineguns, rocket-propelled grenade launchers, ammunition, antitank mines, unexploded suicide vests and a crate of petrol bombs made from green Sprite bottles. Homemade bombs, gas masks, electronic scanners and scores of alleged jihadi DVDs lay alongside them.

To me Mush was Bill Clinton for Pak. I am upset with his apology.
He committed just too many mistakes and blunders in his time & created many enemies for himself across Pakistan. There is just too much risk to his life from various would-be assassins - FATA, Lal Masjid and Bugti affectees to name a few. Although as ex-head of state you are entitled to some security from the government, Musharraf cannot expect to have the same high-level security that he enjoyed as COAS and President. BB faced the same problem when she returned in 2007
Naseem Zehra with Lieutenant Gen. (r) Asad Durrani, Ahsan Iqbal, Mubashir Luqman and Ahmad Raza Kasuri
And Musharraf has chosen one of the biggest crooks to be his spokesperson. This foul-mouthed Kasuri will prove to be Musharraf and APML’s biggest undoing. He will be Musharraf’s Rehman Malik or Babar Awan some w’d say even Sher Afgan
I am actually surprised by the timings of this apology and the intelligence of his advisers (if he has some) on when to say what. Right after Afia's sentence when the whole nation is angry and looking at the people who are responsible of handling Afia to USA, he came out and apologize. Its like admiting that he was responsible for that. A pretty bad move I must say.
