My cousin in Pakistan is a Mardaana BeemarioN kaa doctor. He is into male reproductive research in Pakistan. The data is not that far fetched. Most Pakistani men live their entire lives in denial. Early ejaculation is not so uncommon in sexually repressive societies. I am not taking a jab at you or other men in this forum but usually the Chaar BiwioN kaa bukhaar affects these guys who can't get it up for more than 30 seconds.

As a study, why don't you open a poll here and ask married women if their husbands are suffering from this? Actually women also suffer equally due to this. It is something that can be cured but Pakistani macho men don't admit it.

A "real" man is someone with enough self respect that he can make a good choice when it comes to women and stick to it, because he knows he made a good decision. No need to run after other ladies or have 15 live in girl friends or cheat to make himself feel better about himself. A real man has confidence because he knows where his feet are. And they're not in la-la land with 4 unattainable wives.

and if some man wishes to do so, he has every right to do so....
and if a woman is not happy with Islamic laws, the man is better off without having a wife who doubts laws put down by Allah Himself....
