I've posted my views twice now. Having been married for almost 10 yrs now and with 3 little ones, I think I'm pretty mature (at least most of the time)
Anyway, the guys who are promoting polygamy here conveniently ignored my posts both times. To review: polygamy is for the pupose of taking in another woman who cannot care for herself or her children. I have not seen this in practice. I HAVE seen horny men taking on younger sweeties. Lets go, potential polygamists....lets hear you speak to this.

And a bit more. Although my mature mate cannot respond here personally I will convey his thoughts. While I was enduring and fighting infertility, I was also looking into a 2nd wife, one who could bear children. He was very averse to this and wanted to persue adoption before he'd ever consider another wife. He's just a gem my guy is. Thank the good Lord, we were rewarded of our efforts with 3 boys but i'd have persued another wife if that didnt happen and I would have tried my best to convince him.

This is clearly written in the Quran…cant argue about it. however i cant stand men that take advantage of it and use it to their own selfish desires/fantacies.
