I Want to Transfer Some Amout Of Money To One of My Best Buddy in Pakistan.
Since Western Union Money Transfer is Not Availiable Where My Friend Stays. So m facing Difficulty in Sending Him Funds
Apart from that I Went to My Bank and Said them them abt the same tht i want to trasfer to his Account And Here They Says They Cant Trasfer My Funds Directly..
Dont Knw What To Do Knw.. 
If Anyone Know How To Transfer Do Suggest Your Valuable Answeres..

Moin, i gave ur locations of the western unions available around your friend’s area, lekin m sure western union bhi yehi answer degain what the bank gave you…
KKF gave you good solution of hundi (hawala) 5 k indian is approx 10 k paki. hawala ppl usually would cater to this..

India → Dubai → Pakistan
Find some common guy in Dubai who has family in Pakistan. You send him the money in Dubai… and he can ask his family to transfer it to your friend in Pakistan using Telenor easy paisa or similar. 5K INR is not much.

also frm dubai there are lot of other options as there are many exchange houses available…
doesnt ur frnd have a bank account?? if yes, then try third party transfer thru online banking…it might work…not sure tho..
also…i guess hawala is a good option…but u need to find someone who is doing it for locals..as in for such amounts…
usually it happens easily when the amt is in millions or more..but u can always try..

Hawala is illegal in India. So, remember that you are intentionally committing a felony for just INR 5K. And if you are ever caught transferring money to Pak and that too illegally, god save you.

^ Transferring money to Pak is not illegal as long as you do it the legal way. State Bank of India does let you send money through account transfer if you have an SBI account but the procedure is so long that often you are put off with it.

Moin u didnt get KKF’s point… re-read it.. it’s a good solution… you can ask anyone outside India who’s relatives/friends lives in Pakistan… then you can exchange money with eachother likewise..
or send money somewhere else who can send your money to Pakistan…
or else.. we have Money Gram & Western Union.. also you can send a parcel through DHL and slip currency of $50(5000PKR)… and do insure it for safety…

He Do have an Bank account and the thing is for transferring money to his bank account i need a IFSC Number of his Bank.. Which anybank is pakistan Doesnt have because They have Swift Code Not IFSC So Not an option to Trasnfer Fund ONline …

you can try moneygram to transfer money using his name.. I dont know why western union company is having an issue to send money…maybe it is prohibited by the government

Rs 5000 is NOT a big amount…so if nothing works, try to contact someone who is going to Pakistan from your extended family, give the money to him and ask him to send the money to your contact in Pakistan.
or, even easier, is look for someone who is visiting your extended family. they will be happy to take money from you which they will need to spend while in India and then once back in Pakistan will remit the money to your contact.
