Alas!!! sorry bro ye nahi ho sakta… aapko by-hand pay kerna honge moneygram ki franchise pe jaa ker…and receiver ka name btana hoga (id card number le lein receiver ka to ziada behtar hai)

wese DHL me koi cheez send ker dein and uske andar $50 send ker dein.. 2 days delivery time hai…

aap koi lightweight book send ker dein and usme 5000 Indian Rupees rakh ker send ker dein… yahan pe apke friend bohot easily exchange kerwa leinge Pakistani Rupees me kisi bhi shop se… and remember book ko CHECK kerwane ke baad achay se **PACK **kerwa dein… agar checking me na pakre gaye to believe me apke receiver ko guarantee se pese mil jayeinge INSHALLAH..

Yeh courier wala option aur bhi pangey wala issue hai. Dont do anything like that. Sending cash or real jewelry through courier is prohibited by the Indian govt.
The only way I see is, ask your friend if he wants anything from India for the same value of money you owe him…buy that, and send it to him. Alternately ask an friend of you who is abroad to send your friend the payment on your behalf and you can repay them.
Sending money to Pak is extremely difficult. Dont do something illegal out of desperation…its not worth it.

Is you friend in Dubai from India?
If so, pay 5K INR to his family in India… using whatever method feasible. Now your Dubai friend has apparently received 5K INR from you (which are with his family). This is the first step.
Now ask him to find a Pakistani in Dubai and give him equivalent of 5K INR to send to Pakistan (yani Pakistani → Pakistani transfer).
Now you did not send money anywhere except within India and your friend in Dubai did not send any money to Pakistan.
If your friend in Dubai is from Pakistan, then ask him to find some Indian guy and take 5K from him after you pay 5K to that Indian guys’ family in India. The rest is just (Pakistani → Pakistani transfer).
Its tiresome effort and hassle to find suitable persons but I think can be easily followed.
PS: I would also not advise you to send money through courier. I don’t know in India but in Pakistan its illegal.

seriously though - 5000 rupees.. just put it on an IOU, next time you see him, buy him lunch for a week. not worth the hassle or commission of transferring between countries.
