I have also been told to start my ghee or almond oil intake but in the last months. They say it helps in normal delivery. Its just a norm. But well what to do for a normal delivery is completely another topic
So you ate almonds just in their original dry form? like have them in your mouth and chew. How about having 7 instead of 3? You were suggested not more than 3 maybe because they say dry badaams happen to be “garam” and dry. Soaking them over night makes them more beneficent? Just guessing. Blah

^yeah i took in dry form…and yes 3 only coz they are garam…
i dont know about soaking in the night method…
my friend eats whole packet of badam or other dryfruit and then starts throwing… kaun samjhae

lol. I dont know why dry fruits are considered so garam and all that. They are really divine for their benefits. They contain zinc and all that.
anyway, just for your second time, soaking them over night makes badaam “thanda” and there is no risk taking them any more

I would happily take badaam and hell with the “garamahat”
They are full of omega 3 and very good for both you and baby.
As for fish, it is important to stay away from it simply because of the mercury level in fish these days. Just like there are steroids in chicken meat now due to feed.

I dont think a moderate amount of almonds are more harmful than advantageous. Moderation is the key.
