I wanted to know the gender, so did my husband. i went in alone for the ultra sound , found out and came out to tell him, he smiled : )
we didn't tell too many people, but now as the due date is coming closer we've started sharing.
and the new born huggies diapers i got say that they fit babies up to 4.5 kgs, so i hope they aren't a total waste of my money, because there are 36 of them and they cost a bunch as well.
i've also had this dark line when i was expecting a BOY!
but i havent heard that its because we're having a boy....
i heard about few other things....
if u throw alot its a girl n if not then its a boy....
if u have acne then its a girl if not then boy....
i didnt throw up n didnt have acne....
there were others too i dont remember....
but i know so many people having acne n throwing up in their first trimester n they have a baby boy too...
i had that line too with my first... and a lot of people said it would be a boy cus of that, but then this african lady said in their culture they believe thats a girl line... and i had a girl :D
This time around, everyone has predicted a boy... not one person is saying its a girl... I dunno what wife tale to believe..
the only one i semi believe is the one about the heart rate...
ok I am not pregnant right now but we had a debate on this one!
I wanted to know.. I wanted to know the day I got bfp! HUbby was okay with not knowing but the planner in me had to know.. we found out at our 20th week scan and shared with everyone! For the next one, iA we will find out but I dont plan to share it with everyone..because apparently thats the new trend
lol.. same situation here.... with the first i blurted out things to everyone and anyone.... with the second, everything has been more private... and that is more of a reason why people think we're having a certain gender rather than the other....
Im a planner too... the day i found out gender, I went and bought a romper :) i did the same with munchkin... lol
mine will be the first so obviously everything will have to be bought. i would love to keep the things as a souvenir though. and maybe reuse just for the sake of it. The MIL says she still has my husband’s infant kurtay saved as souvenirs. I would LOVE to have my kid put them on if there is a baby boy (and ofcourse if she lends me those)
i also wanted to know the gender so that i can do shopping for my baby...
i bought his clothes upto 3months...some of them are neutral and i will discard them wen we'll go to pak but i am keeping some neutral as well as expensive ones...
I think BunBun is growing larger and displacing all my organs. I can feel food stuffed to my throat even though I haven't eaten much. I need smaller meals now. Will possibly experience shortness of breath
I’ve been experiencing these weird pains in the area a little south of my hips. It’s usually just on one side. I can’t even walk This happens if I’ve been walking a lot during the day and I’m tired. I remember having these weird pains in the third trimester of my last pregnancy. Why o why am I having it in the first tri this time around? I feel like a buddi!!!
