Hmm ...that can be done .....magar kon karay ..every other department head will oppose me......i know them....aur phir ..i also do not follow any formal dress code....In an enviroment of suited officals i usually wear kurta shalwar ......wo phir mujh say bhe kahain gay .....dress code follow karain....
Khair i have sorted these things now ...almost ...
evey employee who has something to ask from accounts dept. will have particular application sheet filing the questionaire i have made will make it easier for us to sort out aplications...and then my attitude toward such employess have also reduced thier numbers.....aur phir main nay grape vine kay though ye baat office main sub ko bata dee hay kay plz watch out what u wear...

Basically, we enjoyed your thread so no need to get bitter abt it. My suggestion was also an effort to put some smiles on peoples’ faces. Nothing else. Cause ofcourse all working females of Pakistan in “Burqas” doesnt sound practical

The important thing is to keep things professional. Focus on what they are saying and their performance, not on their dresses and lack of shameez or bra or whatever. Its really none of anyone else's business as long as they are following a minimum dress code (whatever your company has prescribed). If you intend to keep a professional demeanor, under no cicumstances, look inside their necks (or be caught looking at it). Ogling and gawking and passing cheap comments behind their backs should be a no-no. Part of maturity is to get over these things. And part of getting over it is not to be bothered by it.

bhaee dekho, I think there are two different topics being discussed in the same thread. One is that bao bihari is a big shot Accounts department director sorta thing and the other is that he's got a lot of seducing, goodlooking women hovering around his office but he's basically really a "shareef" aadmi, not someone who won't know how to handle himself around women.
