its a dream..dunn worry too much about it, diff events trigger diff things and dreams.
every so often I have a dream that a week before my masters graduation I realize i have not been going to some class which I thought i dropped but did not and cant and need to pass it to graduate..

once my friend in his dream said his ex-wife's name; loudly while sleeping with current wife.
Bad luck current one was awake to hear it.
Poor wife got sad/mad.
