You need some kind of shock therapy. If you stay on this course you will wake up with a slap on your face by your wife because you were singing a song using name of your ex gf. Or you were calling your ex.'s name with your hands in hugging position around your pillow.

Despite saying that you are happily married, something is not quite right in your life otherwise your subconscious mind would not be having intimate dreams about your ex.
Either you liked or miss your ex. more than you are admitting or that your marriage is not as fulfilling as you would like to think that it is. Or it could be a combination of both.
