Pink, can’t give you a personalized account of make up people in UK as I have never gone there. Here are a few UK based ones I found. Have a look:

just a simple word of advice - try and see pics of real life brides - most MUA's websites have beautiful pics of stunning looking brides who are all airbrushed to within an inch of their lives and happen to be professional models. If I am going to be forking out mega bucks for a MUA I want to see real life brides - also try and get a trial - sometimes the most expensive MUA or the most well known is not neccessarily the best....

just sharing some things I have learnt in my quest for a good MUA

hey i would say to try shabana in southall, she did my engagement make-up, my cuzinz wedding and engagement make up, n we thought she is really good, we both had endless compliments from people, n she doesnt charge ridiculous amounts like naveeda. and shabana’s mehndi is also gorjus.

thanks guys. im looking at 3 which i might go for- naveeda her trail costs £50 and on da weddin day is £395, luban rafiq her trail is £75 n da weddin make up is 400, joshive beauty i called them up they didnt give me the prices on the phone.
