I need some advice. Am looking for a MUA for my civil ceremony and reception here in March. My wedding is abroad in Feb and am planning to buy my civil and reception outfit there. Therefore i want to book a MUA before going away as probably will be too late once I get back. I am not really going to be able to do trials as no idea what i am going to wear yet colourwise so would need a trial once i am back with MUA of choice. I am thinking about faces by Avina - anyone used her? She sent some real bride pics and they look good. The others Lubna and Gini are out of my budget. Jawaad is another option but I am not sure if i want a man doing my makeup. Or should i just pay extra for the top makeup artists and be done with it? HELP!!! Am sooooo confused

I know Sadaf well, had my make-up done by her a few times for party make-up. She's from Slough and a really sweet person. Her work is very neat and she takes her time, uses all MAC products, shes trained by Lubna Rafiq. I would recommend her for more party make-up not really bridal. She's better at make-up rather than hair though.
theres one on fb called sumi mua i think her profiles open to see. she doesnt put bridal pics up tho she does so in a pm msg or something. check her out too
Naila is beyond the sweetest person ever! She did my bhabs to be trial today , and WOAH did she get it right!
The red , the pakistani look she got it rolled in one! Her duppata setting impeccable, i’m actually still shocked. We had initially given a minimal deposit to naveeda but lately seeing her brides i’ve been abit shocked they look dead in the face. And she crams in TOO many weddings in a day.
My bhabs has had numerous trials lately, jawaad ashraf is good to , his assistant does your duppata setting and fixes ur clothes and pins everything so jawaad really dosen’t touch you!
Worst actually had to be naveeda, shockingly she was rude and pushed for her own signature style. Contouring to the face with lighter foundation = bad tan.
Naila @ glam face is the way to go. They are half the price of the naveeda’s, jawaads , lubna’s and has the nicest attitude and is beyond talented.
Does anyone have experience with Saira Hussain? her work should be good as she works with jawwad ashraf? i like his look best but cant book a man to do my make up.
any other recommendations? what about this annie shah? anyone used her recently?

£60, she only trued a few things with hair.. which looked ok, but her strength is her make up for defo. Do you know anyone good for bridesmaids?

Seema syed is good for party make up who is based in London, Um someone said Uzma Rashjd was good who is based in London. I like Sadaf Kwhaja who is based in Slough though but she's not great with hair I'm afraid.
