Majazi Khuda

whats instant talaq? you looking for just set it and forget it?

Lets not forget The Prophets'(PBUH) last sermon (below is only a small part of the sermon)

"O People
It is true that you have certain rights in regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives, only under Allah's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat you women well and be kind to them, for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with anyone of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste."

Re: Majazi Khuda

As far as i know there's no 'instant' talaq in Islam, as specified in the Quran.

Re: Majazi Khuda

Mazji guy/whatver.

You seem dubious to me.

Observing Nabi-paks Humble nature it doesnt look like he's approve of a bowing to himself.

Quote properly pls. Give the full exact referance in Timridi to everybody.

(I bet we wont see him again now)

Re: Majazi Khuda

There is.

But that should be another thread. Let's not upset Majazi Khuda's majaaz :@:

Re: Majazi Khuda

Yeah Mian jee is correct. I am going to call you Mian jee.. it is easier than MIAinVA.

BTW, there are drive-thru divorce outlets in Vegas, I have heard. Is that true?

no she can have the right, but in our culture girls parents agree to opt out.

Re: Majazi Khuda

LOl @ Mian Jee.... that implies I'm a guy, I'm a gal actually... you can call me MIA :p

There is. Wife can get the right to talaqofy husband at the time of Nikkah and 80% of us dont know that or simply ignore that.

Yes there are drive thru wedding and divorce windows in Vegas. I just hope both are not on same driving lane one after another :)

Re: Majazi Khuda

yeah they are running a special for Pakis... buy four marriage certificates get one divorce free.

Re: Majazi Khuda

^^^ :omg: That is coming I tell ya.

I just looked in the database of Sahih Bukhari's hadiths and could not find a single hadith similar to what OP quoted. Can you please help me in finding it? Do post the Volume, Book, and hadith number when you send it. Thanks! :)

Funny

I think instead of going into the protocols of how to post a hadees, we should stick to the topic. You are more than welcome not to partcipate if you are not satisfied with the way I presented my reference.

Mate

Do you think nabi-pak said quote hadiths about me without evidence.

Its correct to ask as were you attained that hadith from.

People need to be validated, in order from lieing against the Prophet(pbuh) and misleading others.

I dont wana start a lecture. Just state the ref for everybodys satisfaction. Its your obligation mate. Or state the next website you are copy-pasting it from.

If you dont have the proper way of presenting or back-up hadith then dont bother.

Re: Majazi Khuda

^ Pick a copy of Sunan al Thirmidhi and find it yourself. Cant you do that much. I can post the link and then someone is going to come and ask for the authenticty of the link.

Re: Majazi Khuda

No you do it, you are the one who started this :chai:

Re: Majazi Khuda

You can post name of the hadith collection you got it from, the volume, etc.

Re: Majazi Khuda

if you guys are not scared of being in the same context as idolization please feel free to marry a hindu wife, who would greet you with an "aarti ka thaal" every time you walk in the house...since they do "aarti utaring" of their gods and their husbands.

secondly justifying the thought of sajda to a man on GS should be the least of your problems. Are men being nice to their wives as a favor?...or following orders from Allah...seriously even as a metaphor or an exaggeration of respect..this prostration business is shameful..

I cannot post the link as I dont have 25 posts. I will try to PM it to the mods of this forum but here is the reference

Abu Dawood, Book 11, Hadees 2135

[QUOTE]
*Book 11, Number 2135: *
Narrated Qays ibn Sa'd:
I went to al-Hirah and saw them (the people) prostrating themselves before a satrap of theirs, so I said: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) has most right to have prostration made before him. When I came to the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him), I said: I went to al-Hirah and saw them prostrating themselves before a satrap of theirs, but you have most right, Apostle of Allah, to have (people) prostrating themselves before you. He said: Tell me , if you were to pass my grave, would you prostrate yourself before it? I said: No. He then said: Do not do so. If I were to command anyone to make prostration before another I would command women to prostrate themselves before their husbands, because of the special right over them given to husbands by Allah.
