Loosing weight quick...?

Hey guys, starting to work out now at the gym..seem to loose more kcals using the cross trainer and it works my arms too so i use that for about 40 mins...

I also made chicken soup yday....im assuming thats healthy? coz its just boiled chicken and water..

hoping to loose some weight with this healthy lifestyle!!

Btw, kalonji is quite garam isn't it?
