Hi All…I have abt a month left to my Brothers wedding and would like to loose some weight if possible..
so heres what Im doing
Drinking hot water and lemon in morning
tea with 3-4 biscuits for brekkie
Lunch: Sandwich with thin layer of humous and loads of salad
Between lunch and Dinner: Snacking on fruits/yoghurt
Dinner: Grilled chicken or then cereal
Im going to start working out too-especially with all the dancing practice I need..
what else can I do to speed up weight loss?
I am trying to be healthy about loosing weight..but also at same time i need to have fast weight loss…so just doing this for a month..hopefully wont hurt!
not bad....let me know if you loose any weight....also drink isabgol at night as it helps with weight and clear the digestive system as well...!! :D
and try not to have biscuits as they are very high in calories....try cereal instead!!:D
you are not listing any exercise, 30-60 mins everyday. do some resistance work and some aerobics
how much weight you lose will depend on calorie intake and calorie usage.
for quick weight loss you may want to also look into low carb or glycemic index type stuff.

Take 1tsp of black seeds with warm water and lemon, it will reduce your appetite and also it helps burning fat quickly.
I take tea with few cookies in the morning, fruit juice for lunch and then a plate of rice or a chappati for dinner at night. I do 40 minutes work-out and with all these efforts I am losing 1kg each week.
^Yep. I'm monitoring it every week. I lost just under 3kg in my first week by following this plan and now for the last 3 weeks I've been losing 1kg each week. When the progress of losing weight slows down to half a kg each week then I'll have to increase the amount of the work out from 40 minutes to 60 by adding box and burn. At the moment I'm doing fat burning and muscle tonning with of course warm up before the work out and cool down after it.
Also, always keep your shoulders back, your tummy tucked in and your butt squeezed through out your work out to get the right shape.

black seed is kalonji or onion seeds.
Yes it is *Kalongi *(blackseed or onion seed), it's also called nigella seed, grind the seeds because you might not swallow them whole and keep it in an air tight jar. *Kalonji *is also very good for skin clearing. There are so many references in ahadith regarding this seed so I believe it does have a miraculous nature.

its gives me a bit of fast heart beat, but it helps.
Someone told me its not good for high blood pressure .. as its garam.
What kind of work out are u doing, at home or outside?
u'll need to reduce ur rice n bread intake. go more raw veges, soups, salads, fish & seafood. use nuts/seeds to snacks on rather cookies/cereal. also if u do 2-3 days juice cleanse( mostly vege n low sugar fruit) that helps u shed pounds faster. try drinking apple cider vinegar with warm water 2-3 times a day. it helps digestion.

2 things to add to it
1) check glycemic index of veggies, some are low some are high
2) read labels for cans/packets of soup, there is all kinds of junk in there.
3) salad dressings can be a killer due to HFCS in there or croutons
