So.... the "Hot and Sour" soup at Taiwah is dee best.
And Hsin Kuang is tops... everything's yummy.
And when eating chinese in Pakistan, especially Lahore, don't miss the Chinese Biryani... its called "Chicken Masala Rice". Its a Pakistani speciality. Even Chinese come to Pakistan to eat this. :)

You are so right. But Egg Fried Rice ain't bad either. And Hsin Kuang's fried prawns are just the yummiest.

Sadly this guy passed away, and his business passed away with him...
Alot has changed since then, Ill put up some new places in the twin cities. Btw, nothing beats Lahore and Gujranwala in terms of food, followed by Rawalpindi/Isb, it gets worse if you go south though.

maham, im noting down each and every restaurant for my grand trip to lahore in the future! Seriously, Lahore is just the place to be for good food!

The Monal - Pir Suhava, cheese naans and chicken tikkaz only
Dragon City Blue Area - Chinese-Paki food (also check out the clay shop next to it)
Rajiz Pizza
Nimak Mandi - Saddar Rawalpindi
Anything on Boat Basin Fantastic specially Karachi Broast Yummy also Best Snacks in Bhadurabad and of course TOOSO resturant, Noorani Kabab house damn it is good waise to bahut kuch aur hai cannot list all but these would be my favorite places.

I noticed that there are restaurants serving steak. Is this the usual American steak? If so, do you they actually make it as ordered, like rare, medium rare, well done, etc. I don't think anyone in Pakistan would really eat a rare steak.

My favourite restaurant in Pakistan is Hsin Kuang in Lahore and yes their fried prawn is VERY TASTY!
Seafood uhhh i am so tired of seafood, living in US there arent very many good halal resturants here and half my life i ve lived on seafood so just thinking abut it give me creeps if i am in Pak Chicken Beef and Goat nothing else miss.
Do you really think Scoops ice cream is good? I dunno why, everytime we went to Rahat for some pizza or some snack, I got ice cream at scoops and was not impressed, but I heard so much appraise for it. It was as if some fat got seperated or something, can’t put my finger on it, but it felt like you do when you eat those kebabs from the stalls, and if it gets cold, u have like the fat/grease stick to the roof of ur mouth…
i thought it maybe the flavor i tried, but i tried others too and all the same…
