I have a question do you guys always buy the matching lip liners? Sometimes I do depending on the shade but their expensive for the everyday wears. What lip liners do you use instead of the MAC ones?

My go to lipsticks for everyday are Angel for the past four years, fresh brew last year and these days I have been wearing Siss. Tried twig for a neutral look and it's darker than my lip colour so now I wear it for dressing up. Need to try velvet teddy. Just picked up a darker pink and orange shade last night wish I had seen this before.

I don't care about flattering, I wear everything. I don't want to be in my 20s and already be in the muted rose rut my mother is in. I have the OCC lips Tar Set that I go crazy making my own colours.

Not all of my shades. Some of the deeper ones are God knows where. And they’re so easy to mix.

I remember how brown lipstick was all the rage in the 90s and I used to wear it all the time. It flattered my complexion like no other other color. It was all that I needed to liven up my face; I didn't bother with foundation and eyeshadow. And after my favorite brown lipstick was discontinued, I would try time and time and time again to get that exact shade of brown...but pretty as they were...they weren't exactly what I was looking for. Until yesterday. I made a trip to CVS and bought Wet n Wild's mochalicious. It's matte and very close to...if not exactly the shade that I was looking for. Yay. Funny how it took so long. And it's only 2 bucks.

All your talk of lipstick PCG and this is the damage I did on my day off. Brave is sold out everywhereeeee. That’s the one I really wanted for the Kylie Jenner lip trend so picked up these: Velvet Teddy, Honey Love and then stocked up on Angel, Russian Red, Flat Out Fabulous and Lady Danger. Picked up dupe liners from NYX to match them instead of the expensive MAC ones.

Guys Wet n Wild has some gorgeous shades that will suit Desi skin tones and they're so economical. I don't think I've seen a better deal than 2 bucks. Apart from Mochalicious, I also bought Bare it All which is a pinky-brown nude similar to colors like Velvet Teddy etc. They have some beautiful reds as well. They're drying...but the same can be said for other more popular mattes like Mac's Ruby Woo. If you're looking for something cheaper, that's an alternative. And I don't know if Wet n Wild is Pro-Israel...but if not...that will be another benefit.

Is lady danger a dupe for colourpop clique. I'm looking for that exact shade but I thought I'd try out the cheapest version of what I want.

I love taupe by MAC and it looks fine on my face. I loved all the suggestions here I needed to jot them down and go check them out next time I am in Debenhams. Can not wait!!!!

Mac's ruby Woo, Russian Red, flat out fabulous, Diva, Sin, Twig, Velvet Teddy, Mocha are a MUST HAvE!!
another awesome everyday color is Gerard Cosmetics' 1995 lip color - it's ahhmazinggg everyday color which is long lasting and matte and suits all complexions.
also, Girlactik liquid lipsticks in Demure and Allure - pretty rosy everyday colors which are extremely comfortable and long lasting

Omg, I was at the MAC counter yesterday an was looking for Mehr lipstick but couldnt find it so got looking at others and came across Relentless red, I love that colour, I just need togo back on a weekday daytime when its no busy to try them on first.

I've been wearing a lot of liquid lipsticks for the past years, but lipstick wise...Mac Velvet Teddy is an awesome nude. Relentlessly Red is a gorgeous colour too. Oh gosh, I have too many favourites.
