Liberal Muslim countries

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

.. and who is going to define the good practice of Islam outwardly and inwardly? you, are the bunch of idiots from last few hundreds years known as Mullahs who i firmly believe are the reason of our decline.

the sad state of affairs can be seen by even close eyes from Malaysia to Morocco with no cure insight, well except if you think the rise of ISIS and blah blah groups against Bashar-al-Asad is the starting of end of times.

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

man you’re so drunk.

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

That is nice of you to clarify. No worries. But thank you.

In this thread as you know I was only having a good time.

Cheers. And be well.

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

No where in this thread has any contributor said that dressing in a way that is unacceptable in the deen would nullify good deeds. I hope you are clear about that.

What has been said is that you cannot deny that an instruction to cover up your body to a specified degree exists in Islam. It is therefore a fact that by NOT covering up, you are sinning. Do you agree with this or not?

If we are going to speak of judgement then let’s limit ourselves to the judgement of Allah and not each other (or Imran Khan for that matter), okay?

So by that measure, we can only presume that we will be seen in the eyes of Allah as good or bad depending on how we choose to adopt or ignore the rules that He has set out. The more we follow His rules, in all likelihood, the more He will reward us, insha-Allah. Agree or disagree?

All good deeds will be rewarded; this is His promise to human kind.
All bad deeds will be punishable; another promise by Him.
By these two simple rules, what do you think is the impact of not covering up?

it becomes very difficult to see another’s point of view if we can’t see anything past our own…

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

@munza

Love your posts and fully agree with them. You shouldn’t waste any more of your time trying to talk some sense into some very ignorant people. Let them live in their isolated bubble of stupidity

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

how do you know that my efforts to break through the ignorance barrier are not motivated by the desire to gain Allah’s favour so that I can wear short skirts once in a while and get away with it cuz I’m being so very, very good otherwise?

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

Shouldn’t it be former since later would mean that they care for religion ?

Sorry southie’s morphed old soul has gotten into me…

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

Pictures or it didn’t happen! !!

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

If we’re correcting grammar and spelling, it should be latter :D****

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

I was looking at turkish identity vs. the religion part where it would be former..

Maybe I need a drink.

Re: Liberal Muslim countries

No, you’re right that Firenze should have written “former” - meaning term preceding, in reference to punishment for abusing Turkish identity. But, you perpetuated Firenze’s spelling error when you wrote “later” instead of “latter”.

^ Now my post is akin to a Southie post - totally off-topic and adding little to the thread’s topic and discussion.
