SMH. Baji Maryam needs to train her staff better.
A) That’s an incomplete picture of Bab Peshawar. Can’t you see there is no covering?
B) Lahore Flyover images are digitally enhanced. You think people are blind?
Who are you kidding man? Seriously.
Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
I dont give a rats a$$ about you to think abotu you, I am simply pointing the facts that clueless losers like you should not be speaking on stuff they have no idea about. I used the word transform and not roads but what do you know the difference but since you bring road, lets talk about it for a second. The farmer uncles of mine with better roads have rapid access to larger markets to sell their crops, they save time, they save money and they earn profits that is invested back. Farther from roads, the solar tubewel reforms, support with correct fertilizers, access to market etc. You want to talk about Schools ? sure there is a lot to be done there, 67 years of crap isnt fixed over few years but go ask the real people about schooling now. Govt schools in Punjab are head and shoulder better now vs years ago or other places. Its a PROCESS, its not a magic. Things happen in sequence. Infrastructure investment allow for movement of money, economics 101 hello retard, roads are not just roads they are networks that allow for movement of goods, peoples, students cheaply, increasing disposable income which eventually goes back in to local economies. Go read case studies of interstate developments. Go ask the people who are using these networks and do some sampling of changes in disposable income. Better yet do some surveys to find 150K people daily taking metro and how thier disposable incomes are gone up and where they are going, some thing called economic multipliers.
Off course to this one has to spend time but who has time when one can simple Piss from mouth and be a negative nancy all the time. It takes some guts and some open mind to be objective.
and NO Pakistan is not doomed because of me, Pakistan is doomed (IF) is because of pseudo intellects like you who are so biased, so negative, so pessimistic that they are unable to get a clear sight of any thing but even bigger issue is that People like yiou have total disrespect for others choices. Case in point, CM of Lahore when almost entire province heavily voted Showbaz.
In any case, it doesnt matter what you think or I think, what matters is people who make choice via vote. Respect their vote and let them decide if he is CM of lahore or Punjab as you have no clue. Yes I live in Chicago, I flew to vote in last elections and will do so again. I am a Proud supporter of PMLN and will remain so untill there are better options and for now there are NONE. Period.
I dont even give braham's bull A$$ to what you think about me
Firstly due to guys like you Pakistan is doomed ........How many institutions showbaz made ?
How many unis or even schools or hospitals he build during his pathetic period
I guess Zilch
So even you are you living in Chicago but still people like you are happy that SS made a disgusting road to your village and now you are going to worship him for the rest of your life
Get a LIFE
Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
Hosseni Mubarak also used to get votes. Saddam Hussain also held elections. Nazis also used to get votes. Is it really a big deal to show that you have received peoples' votes in a lawless third world 'democracy' with zero transparency and accountability?* Jiski laathi uski bhens
*
Democracy is not about holding absolutely crappy periodic electoral exercise every 5 years and replacing one Royal family with another. It's about time Pakistanis learn a thing or two about rights and responsibilities of democracy.

Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
Misleading report. 45pc was fully spent (payments made) while the rest was ongoing. i.e allocated funds but payments not released.
When there is no corruption, the money usually stays in the Treasury instead going to MNA's pockets. Important lesson for Nooras.
Nooras are disgusting creatures they give me creeps
Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
So it proven by PMLN supporters that PMLN in power is nothing more than a glorified Punjab Provisional Government with ample funds at its disposals. Elect PMLN so they get a chance to loot and steal other provinces to develop roads in Lahore and Faislabad.
I hope other provinces stand up and fight for their rights. Turn Punjab into a concrete jungle all you want but give province their due share so they can provide basic necessities to their people.
Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
Now u have dropped punuab rant, sewerage is biggest issue and is being discussed by the people but guess what, the ones who suppose to make noise on this are obsessed with non issues such as COAS retirement, dhandli drama, and many more...
Health sector again is another major sector requires immediate attention, hospital and research centers are required, again no noise from media or opposition nor there any concerns shown by any...
Above two are prime examples of how things are neglected and how the issues important to us the people are of no concern to any of the ruling elite, be it govt or opposition...
Why the government needs a noise from media or opposition to do something for awaam? Did media/opposition make noise which forced govt to make metros? I don't think so. The govt wants to build these projects to be able to "show" for vote purposes, as it is apparent that they already secured your vote.
Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
Chief Minister of Balouchistan, Zahiri an ethnic balouch is a PMLN stalwart. Hasil Bazinjo and Achkazai, Tribal leaders of Balochistan baloch and pushtuns are with PMLN staunchly, three senators in PMLN are from Karachi from Punjab seats, PMLN has more NA/PA seats from each province. 3 ministers in PMLN federal govt are from Karachi. Yes PMLN is a punjabi party but the leaders of PMLN are Kashmiri and not Punjabi.

Be glad Pakistan is finally getting a proper transit transit system regardless of who is taking the credit. Countries around the world are moving ahead, and Pakistani's are still riding around on donkey carts in some parts... I hear Quetta is also thinking of setting up a transit system of their own. Even Karachi might be getting ready to build BRT.
Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
It will add to Lahore's ability to attract tourist from within the country! Many from Karachi would like to visit Lahore on way to their holidays the northern areas!

Karachi has punjab seats? Now wonder the quota system walay punjabis called karachi pardes and their watn back home in punjab.
Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
Re read the statement and try to understand what is the point made here but it may be too much of a mental exercise for you so let me make it simple! In response to a retarded comment about PMLN being a punjabi party, I am giving some counter examples where one is three people from Karachi were made Senators by PMLN via Punjab assembly, nehal hashmi one of them since senate election is based on elected individuals and not having enough seats in Sindh assembly. In any case, I dont expect you to get this either so carry on the crap. Where are you even drawing a reference to Quota system here. Have issue with Quota system go fight PPP.

Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
:k: And lolz at idiotic comment “punjabis called karachi pardes and their watn back home in punjab”
Re: Lahore Metro Train : Orange Line
Just a simple question from people of Punjab...whom do they want see as their CM.
Choices are:
1) Shahbaz Sharif
2) Aleem Khan
Please do explain why as well and really appreciate if PTI members can talk without abusing and with logic

Aleem Khan, lol?
Why no Ch. Sarwar? Yup the same Ch. Sarwar your Sharif brothers brought from UK, painted him as an international role model and gave him the ever so cushy job of a Governor?
Don't turn Sharif brothers into ever so irreplaceable Altaf Bhais of Punjab. Muhajir generations have suffered so much because of this mentality.

Please read my post again and for once try to have a nice debate...or is it to much to ask from pti supporters.
As for Ch Sarwar vs Aleem Khan, Alee Khan and Ch Sarwar have serious rifts...where Aleem Khan don't like the later...and that is the reason Ch. Sarwar is not in main stream of PTI..
As for ur other comment that Sharif brothers imported Sarwar...and made him governor and now he is in PTI...says alot about PTI which is full of PMLN, Pmlq, Ppp leftovers
So back tp topic...try to stick to the original post and question...it is not thar hard...
If ur next reply is not on the question asked, iam going to ignore it

Try not to be so ignorant for heck of it. Ch Sarwar ran the whole campaign of NA122 along side Aleem Khan. Ch. Sarwar is running for PTI Punjab president, if this is not mainstream then I don't know what is. Perhaps he is not "mainstream" because he spends more time organising his party in interior Punjab than in Islamabad based Talk Shows?
I'm surprised how much PMLN supporters know about saas bahu gossips from PTI and they believe it as a gospel. We can also write thesis on who Rana Sanaullah doesn't like, who Ch. Nisar doesn't like, who Ishaq Dar doesn't like, and oh wait your Defence Minister on TV said that he has spoken to Interior Ministry for four years and these are people running the government. So quit these double standards and hypocrisy.
As with your question, there is absolutely no evidence that Aleem Khan is PTI's candidate for CM Punjab slot. No evidence whatsoever.
I can certainly have a "nice" debate with you if can provide me with a fact on who is PTI's candidate for the CM Punjab slot.

Big deal. The last Balochi Nawab was from PPP. Musharraf also had some Sardars in his pocket.
There's a whole group of pro Federation Balochi Sardars who go with whoever is power in centre to consolidate their influence and get some big cash. They will even jump in MQM's camp if by any miracle they come in power. But now that PMLN has effectively got rid of decent guy like Dr Abdul Malik, let's see what this "stalwart" of Sardar Zehri does for his people. I hope PMLN takes some blame for his incompetence at the end of the term.

Tell me about it, world has gone so ahead and there are parts of Pakistan that haven't had electricity for past 70 years and probably won't have for another 70, and some people think it is not a big deal.
As with your first line, it's not about who is taking credit, it is about rampart corruption in these disgustingly expensive project which isn't audited. I'm sorry but this kind of attitude asking people to be complacent with secrecy and corruption explains the downfall of the whole Middle East. Where the people just weren't allowed to question half a dozen men that were running their country. I bet any money you will not a find single Syrian or Iraqi who will not admit that their countries wonderful roads and buses.
