So you think it is ok for the Feds to spend the federal money on metro project in a smaller city, even though the Feds get more money from another city which is reeling due to lack of such projects?

It is not possible that federal government doesn’t get involved in it, and keep it a provincial project.

If feds can invest 1,000 billions on Karachi roads.. They can invest 40 billion on Lahore Metro (25% of the project cost)

As far as revenue is concerned which you continue to brag.. 90% of federal revenues in Pakistan are result of indirect taxation. If my tax contribution is collected in Karachi due to port.. Doesn’t mean I’ll give up my rightful share from the tax I have contributed as Sales Tax, custom duties etc. yhe tax contribution is directly proportional to consumption and GDP.. Doesn’t matter where they are collected.. They are actually contributed by consumers..
