Shame indeed.

I wait with bated breath to see what happens... I dont think this will be the spark that triggers the Revolution, but if it is then I can wholly understand why.

if the money or other opportunities are presented to the families...that really would be something of a pleasant surprise...

the rulers/establishment of pakistan is such that they could've just made the familes disappear......and americans wouldnt have to worry about those 'promises' even...

there is still a chance that the money would go to the people in power in pakistan....

I think that might have to do with the fact that the motorcyclists are believed to have been tailing the vehicle, and were ISI or ISI informants. Still even if that was the governments motivation its good that the families got some measure of justice.

the media cannot find the families of the victims.... their lawyers are saying that their clients have been harassed several times in a police station and some were taken to jail for four hours yesterday... some other game is going on n our government is involved in it too.... those poor families must have been threatened ....

Najam sethi layed out the whole plan a few days ago..

that Saudis/Govt will try to convince teh families.....give them money.......and get the familes out of pakistan..possibliy settled in Saudi Arabia....

Ah. I was going based on post number 41. How did the court make such a gross error?

Edit: Ah. The third man wasnt killed by Davis but the driver whos fled the country. So Raymond Davis wasnt charged with his murder
