I do not want to marry her anymore. I mentioned marriage only so I can divorce her later for playing with my feelings.

And please don’t get personal about valuing woman’s dignity, yes I was intimate with her but Im not the cheater, in 3 years together I havent considered seeing anyone else, and I did contemplate happy ever marriage with her during this time. Now I know it is not going to happen anymore unless I only want to do it to divorce her later.
Thanks though. I know I should move on, but Im thinking just giving her taste of her own medicine because like you said im aint an angel either.

Firstly, being a woman I will not be bias at all and take her side.

But let me highlight something to you, even if you are not a cheater and she is no sane both of you have been sleeping around with each other if not other, it is NOT permissible in islam to began with it is called ZINA and only way to fix it if you marry that person, further more if you marry a person just to divorce its even a bigger shirq.

You both been doing it completely wrong to begin with sleep with a person for 3 years and yet not be in haste to marry? ummm of course one of you will start making excuses to haste the process of marriage.

Start offering your salah with clean intensions, instead of asking us humans for suggestions do istikhara, ask Allah SWT to guide you into right part.

I can only pray that Allah SWT forgive you for your since and guide you into write path, life is not about always what you feel is best for you but owing up to your mistake and taking corrective action.
