Femme, this looks very yummy.
Keep it up darling and post more fotos of your cooking.
Imaan say tumharay hatoon kow chomnay ka dil chahta hai. fed-ex a plate over next time you cook something.
I can cook but I don’t cook, you know what I mean :–D
We don’t fry kebabs, we place them as it is in the salan and let it simmer until the qeema is tender.

Minerva and belle thank you for the appreciation.

Khumar and Adrastiea, I don’t think I have ever smoked the kebabs when making a saalan out of it. For bhunna huwa qeema, chapli kebabs or then chicken roasted on the stove instead of an outdoor grill we do it pretty much all the time. I may give it a try next time though
