Femme that sounds really intersting, Ive never made kebabs salan, just kebabs the way you make 'em

However I smoke the mince before making kebabs.

After kneading in all the Masalas, I place a burning piece of coal on a layer of onions and drizzle it with oil and cover the mince for a few minutes.

Try it, the kebabs taste so yummy.
