Taliban also murder civilians and oppress the population under their control… thus they are terrorists. Also, Pakistan doesn’t occupy their territory. India on the other hand has no moral standing in Kashmir. The people of Kashmir never choose to be Indian citizens.

These so called jihadi groups also kill civilians.
