These people are welcome as long as they do not occupy people’s plots and flats.Similar situation arose after the 2005 earthquake when many people from affected areas came to Islamabad.

Karachi should be welcome to all as along as some dumping is not being done deliberately from some other area. My personal opinion is that we should also populate some other cities like Gwadar, for one, but make sure that the people living there also get benefits from the development. Balochistan has many opportunities that non-balochis can move in large numbers there for sustenance.
The problem with many people who come to karachi is the same problem that is also seen with the afghans who come to Pakistan to make a life but still badmouth each and every facet of Pakistan.

I think you should ask boss altaf bhai to pay you some chanda from the rabita committee so that you can get your head checked, since you either seem to think making fun of altaf bhai is making fun of an entire 'paaappulation' of people... altaf in no way represents a pakistani, the sucker isnt even a pakistani to begin with, seriously, not to mention he's deounced the creation of Pakistan as the biggest mistake in the history of mankind in India... havent you seen him shamelessly portraying his ugly boothi with a british passport... People from the rest of pakistan - who aren't resident by birth / Settled in this city for less then ten years , should be treated as Aliens and get working/visit Visa while coming to The Karachi state !

^ Indeed, it should be renamed Altaf-Pur, and the passport should add a clause saying 'bhai ka joh ghadar hai, maut ka haqdar hai' (anyone who opposes quiad-e-azam altaf hussain deserves death'. Imran Khan and CJ Iftikhar Chaudhry would not be allowed entry under any circumstances.
