Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

Otherwie some players left the ground (for errors made by others) and some left while shaking their heads and some felt uncomfortable sitting in the dressing room and facing the camera after they were given out.
Akmal got a chance on almost every boundary and it was obvious from Pollock’s responses.

It is a matter of luck and Akmal is lucky (as Rameez Raja will tell you) and no one should doubt Saleem Malik’s brilliance and decission making as he is the most succesful captain (ever) to lead Pakistan.

If you don’t agree about Saleem Malik (even) then if Malik can play for Pak for a decade or so, then Akmal can play as well. As for improving his keeping, we can hire Moin Khan as another asst. coach. He has a beard now (too), so that means he have Inzy’s vote on his side.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

hmmmmmm

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

Off with Akmal's head once again!:D

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

^ let him bat in the 2nd inning then we will know what to do :D

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

There goes another stumping chance … Prince was way out of his crease and he will become pain in the butt tomorrow !

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

Well, well, well. It did'nt even take three weeks for Akmal to prove what a lousy wicketkeeper he is, once again he has proven his critic right. Missing Prince again, that must be some kinda record. It does not matter if Prince is out early next morning, fact is Akmal has once again messed up at a crucial moment when Pakistan needed wickets and Kaneria provided that opportunity.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

lol you seriously have a problem when you think a replacement in a third test who has zero record in playing test and one day can make a difference. there are many players who made mistakes today and gave away their wickets at crucial time at both sides. i do not see any one of you opening threads about them.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

And retaining a loser like Akmal has made a difference? Dude, it seems u have some emotional attachment to duntoo, cause no rational person wud in their right mind ignore the below average performance of Akmal.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

no emotional attachment loser, this guy helped us win last test and took two catches today. it is people like you who are the problem that will basically go for lyching if there is one drop catch or miss stumping and ignore all hard work he has done. grow up.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

man with a plan i totally agree with u

we shud encourage our players not discourage them, ye sab batain test match khatam hone kay baad ho sakti hain.

we draw conclusions too early and fast.

not good.

lets see what happens.

har kaam mai Allah ki behtri hoti hai, ho sakta hai us mai bi ho.

Achi ki umeed rakhain.

ijazat chahoonga.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

^^He's missed a lot of dropped catches and was lucky in his last innings.
Inzamam hasnt really done much either with the bat except for his last match.
All I see is Younis or Yousuf. Everyone else you know just isnt going to get anywhere near a cent. Pakistan would be nowhere without those two.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

Did we won the last test or lost?

jeez, only here we can can find a flaw in victory. moreover, when today the game is in balance.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

behave yourself, no need for name calling. Indulging in name calling can be a two way traffic and since u cannto take criticism or stand losing u may not like it when u r called a loser or something worse.

Only reason I referenced your post was because of your challenge, it was not anyone else's idea but your own. Now that Akmal has once again missed a crucial stumping u r defending by reminding us of his previous match performances which again is not factually correct. Pakistan won the previous match because of Shoaib, Asif, Inzi and Yunus Khan ie team effort, Akmal was lucky to score a streaky 57, unfortunately for him, his luck ran out in this test match.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

Yeah, it was won but nearly lost. Paki batsmen that give you the feeling they might score a hundred before they get to the crease are Younis and Yousuf. Noone else. Next innings, it would be a safe bet that Imran Farhat isn't going to get more than 50, for example.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

behave yourself? you are here calling names like duntoo etc…sure the challenge is on but it was first day of the test and one missed stumping when he took two catches so he is ahead. check mate now go to sleep.

yeah lucky 57

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

duntoo is for akmal, which is factually correct, I did not call u by any profanity or some other sordid name. This discussion is btw the two of us, and calling our stars by pet names is an acceptable form of dialogue and does not violate the basic norms of discussion.

Now I again repeat, either u apologize or be ready for a two way traffic of name calling.

Taking two catches is his primary job, and when he missed that crucial stumping he demonstrated his inadequate keeping skills.

Re: KAMRAN AKMAL!

Why name calling for players is okay?!!!
Thing is this. We won last test and Akmal was the reason behind it. Today on the first day, game is balanced.
