What can Pakistan say to others about security when it cannot guarantee a repeat of the 26 November 2008 Attack by Pakistani Terrorists, of course Non-State Actors, when it cannot guarantee protection of its own citizens in Pakistan from attacks by Pakistani Non-State Actors.

I would like Pakistanis in General and the PCB in Particular to Firmly State Unequivocally that Pakistan will have nothing to do with India in terms of “Cross Border” Trade, Sport, Arts, Entertainment, Tourism and not even have Pakistani Sport, Arts, Entertainment etc. Teams to interact with their Indian Counterparts even at Neutral Venues.

That will ensure that India understands the Pakistani perceived “Hurt and Insult” to Pakistan’s Honour & Dignity.

I would clarify that the IPL episode is, in my opinion, an ordinary commercial decision and in no way meant to Hurt and Insult Pakistan’s Honour and Dignity.
