Yup, Wajih sahib's lifetime clean reputation is going down the drain day by day, as he becomes more and more entangled in the dirty game of Pakistani politics.

Yesterday Justice Sahib came on "aik din geo key saath". Mashallah he is very honest and upfront. He even told about his income and property. Pakistan needs men like him to come in political field.

I wish you would have said same for SHER AFGHAN when he criticized the SC decision about CJ and was SERVED THE CONTEMPT OF COURT NOTICE by beloved CJ. Now it should only be fair to serve same notice to Wajeeh Uddin from beloved CJ but i dont think thats going to happen
Sorry, but I guess you haven't been reading my posts. Check out the thread where I had long argument with some members over the same issue. Judges are not above the law, nor are their verdicts the word of God.
Pakistani contempt of court laws are too broad, and anyone can be put in jail for exercising his/her right to free speech. Sher Afghan has as much right to free speech as the judge. In my opinion neither is in contempt of court.

Justice Javed Iqbal in his remarks during the hearing said why not a contempt of court notice is issued to Justice (retd) Wajihuddin on his continuous objections over formation of the Supreme Court bench. Head of the bench Justice Javed Iqbal in his remarks said Justice (retd) Wajihuddin has objected over five judges of the bench, will he wants constitution of the bench according to his desire? He asked why not a contempt of court notice is issued to Justice (retd) Wajihuddin.
Counsel of Justice Wajih, Hamid Khan Advocate said he was unaware what his client has said but he apologizes if the statement is contemptuous.

There is no dictatorship, we have a Parliamentary Democracy. People used their democratic right voted for the current govt. 
Also because there is now Free Judiciary, Free Media, Unprecedented economic growth under Presdient Musharaf. KSE up up and up.
