Justice Javaid Iqbal is a disgrace to his dad's name, and is very well known as a corrupt personality in Pakistan... I hope I dont get more warning points for saying that.

As i posted before. This guy (Wajeeh Uddin) is loosing it more every day. In today’s hearing SC took notice of his remarks and was upset on the remarks. As per media
“SC bench conveyed their disapproval and disliking of Wajeeh Uddin’s interview in media and speeches in Bars. Bench chairman said that remarks passed by Wajeeh Uddin while addressing Rawalpindi bar consul were really disgraceful and he crossed all the limits. Justices asked Wajeeh Uddin’s lawyer why they should not trial Wajeeh for Contempt of Court? Justices also mentioned that private TV channels are airing programs which are insulting court everyday. Justices specifically asked GEO and ARY to stop playing the “court court” game.”

Wajeeh Uddin loosing it again. He is one from Judiciary and every day he is doing contempt of court. It was only 2 months ago that he appeared to be so composed and well mannered person on TV interviews, always supporting courts specially during CJ’s case, analyzing their rulings, applauding “free judiciary” but he lost it once SC ruled against him.

Wajihuddin was close to being dragged before the SC for contempt of court, but will probably pipe down now.

Wajihuddin is million times better than jokers like Kasuri, Sher Afgan and Wasi Zafar.
Besides its his right to object if he sees something unconstitutional. The pleading attorneys or sides can object to impartiality of jugdge can even ask them to excuse themselves from a case. I saw this in one of Law&Order episodes.
