Done with level 1 (and 10 days of the shred!!!). I felt pretty tired during today's workout, which was surprising as the last few days I've felt pretty energized. The knees still worry me.
Still no significant change in numbers (tho I kid myself into thinking I've lost 1/2 inch on my waist).
Got handweights (woot!). Looking forward to starting level 2 tomorrow.
Level 1 day 1:
so finally i got time to start .all of 3 kids have been sick last whole week, now they r getting better and i can get back to my routine.
so the level 1 , so hard oh my God. it really shows how bad our stamina is. i could not do push ups but inshallh i will.
i have just finished it and i am feeling nauseated. anyone else experiened this.
Day 8, still on level 1. Didn't need to stop much inbetween the jumping jacks or skipping. The rest is easy so far Alhamdulilah although my thighs are still pretty sore but arms are better!
Shred day 12, level 2 day 2: better, but still pretty rough.
Left knee in pain.
wow.... keep at it sahar.... you are nearly half way there! and isnt it a bit more easier now then when you started? all the more reason to keep going at it! the knee... dont dip so far down in lunges... my right knee is a bit weak.. i dont put so much stress on it...
shabash! do not give up ok... and hey.. after level 2 is done, go down to teh mall and try on a top the size you wear normally.. i honestly believe taht you will have to try on a size smaller cuz the one u usually wear will be too loose :)
I can't even do level 1, plus don't want to make so many noises living on 2nd floor. :(
ok that has to be the lamest excuse ever.. are you for real? i live on teh 3rd floor and i dont care.. we have hardwood flooring and the creaks and thuds are out of this world... who cares? if anything leave it to the imagination for the ppl living below you :)
what?! WHY! you cant quit woman.. u worked past the soreness.. you want to go back and have to put in all that pain again?!
if its cuz you just dont have the energy cuz its only been a few months since you had your baby, that i will understand.. but honestly... only you know if you are making up excuses or if the case is genuine. if its the former case, then whip yourself back into working out. you deserve it! dont keep putting more and more on.. it gets only tougher then.
i really hope you didnt get disheartened at not losing weight... it doesnt happen taht fast love ... but it DOES happen... how can it not?

happened after a gap of 3 days.. today was the 3rd day… god i was so pissed.. im getting no time with so much goin on at home… but today i just said screw it and made time… no way am i letting it all go to waste!
oh and the best motivation?
sil and i went shopping… i picked up a size 18 cuz that is what i was wearing until june. (last time i had bought something clothing wise).
so i picked it out and went to the trying room to try it on… only then did it strike me that it was WAY WAY TOO LOOSE! i nearly fainted with glee… so i sent my sil out again to get me a size 16… again.. WAY TOO BIG! by tthis time i was jumping for joy… finally a size 14 fit me .. it was still lose aroung the waist (i just couldnt get past this) but perfect around the chest…
upto now the measuring tape wasnt saying a whole lot.. i wanted more more more weight loss.. and the weighing machine was still stuck at 65 i think.. or was it 67?
this shopping trip gave me the results i wanted to see! it has worked.. is continuing to work! im down 2 dress sizes… before i got pregnant, i was a size 8… i would settle for a size 10 … that is another 2 dress sizes… I CAN DO IT! YES I CAN!
im done with level 2.. morrow.. level 3!
girls… pls dont be disappointed if your weight loss isnt going as fast as mine is… a lot of factors come into play girls… i am running after 2 toddlers non stop.. i dont sit down all day (literally!.. even this entry is being written standing up).. and cuz im running after 2 kids, i dont eat a whole lot (but what i do is healthy stuff)… i have a cookie now and then… i havent touched chips or crisps ever since is tarted teh shred… a chocolate pce doesnt hurt either.. i do admit i eat it now and then… i have a proper bfast .. salad for lunch.. and a proper dinner that coudl be roti or chawal.
its impossible that you not lose weight if you are working out… and eating healthy. going from not doing anything to doing something and sweating itout… you guys WILL lose something… just hang in there! my weight loss was very fast in level 1.. its been slower in level 2… who knows.. maybe i wont lose aything in level 3? … either way… let most of the idea be atleast i am doing something about my weight problem and body shape .. and go form there
hugs to everyone … dont lose heart girlies.. otherwise you are just losers with flab and no sense to make it go away
