my baby is 5 months old too...and I started this program... one thing happened and that is that AF visited very heavily...and I have been having cramping and stomach ache...maybe I am pushing myself too hard... I had asked my doctor and she said it is ok to exercise... I am almost on day 5 so I don't want to stop now...

My legs feel really tired out since yesterday. Are you guys wearing shoes while doing this? I probably should, right?

I did today's workout after my 1hr baby and me yoga class, so maybe that's why I'm a bit more tired.

So are you guys wearing shoes. I haven't been. My legs have been really sore and I'm worried the knees might be getting strained.

Other than at, day 8 went fine, I do think my stamina has improved. I need to get weights. The soup cans just aren't doing the trick :D.

I am disappointed at the lack of results. I don't think my weight or waist numbers have changed. Is this really worth it? I guess hopefully I'm getting more and more toned. I want this tummy flab gone!

I did the shred before and really saw the results but this time around I am not liking it.. I feel like i need a change and I want to concentrate on problem areas! I will have my husband download the no more trouble zones this weekend hopefully!

the only way your knees will get strained is if you warm up or cool down wrong... i do them without shoes cuz i knwo if i wear them im gonna melt. also.. i put aariz' play mat under me and work out on that .. its great :D

you can NOT give up... stop talking crazy... add weights to your work out.. and keep at it... i swear you will see results soon... level 2 is more focussed on the abs.. my abs never hurt or felt worked out at level 1.. but man level 2.. my abs can FEEL the pressure.. after working out i feel like my tummy is sucked in... if its not so much weight loss but toning you want to work at, then go with the work out gtg is suggesting.. no more trouble zones i think its called... target your abs ...

whatever you do.. dont give up!

DAY 16, 17 AND 18

im really struggling cuz i have guests to deal with... so im missing a day in between the work outs... but im still doing it

level 2 has gotten easier... i sometimes even do a bit of level 1 after finishing the level 2.. just to sweat it out even more and really really push myself...

i want to see my tummy gone... but its gonna take some time.. its ok ... ive lost another inch **off of my waist... and an **inch off of my hips....** .5 inch** more on my biceps... so this is the only thing motivating me to keep ploughin through!

another 2 days before i can start level 3.. but i think im gonna keep at level 2 for a few more days

going on from level 1 to level 2 took i think 3 more days than the suggested 10 days... but this time around... i have so much stamina... that i feel ready to start level 3 right now... but i wont

oh and my shoulders feel worked out .. really worked out.. so do my abs.. level 1 didnt do anything for my abs pain wise... i didn teven feel worked out even though i did lost an inch .... but now.. at level 2.. wow... the squeezing is hard work!

cmon you women... keep at it.. its awesome that you all have stayed with the work out and are working your way through it... dont focus so much on the weight loss right now.. do not jump on th scale or pull out the tape measure everyday.. you are just putting yourself up for disapointment and pretty soon will give up on the work out.. its not magic... some lose weight fast some slow.. but you WILL lose weight...

I'm still going! I feel like I'm a little trimmer, tho the numbers don't say much. It may be in my head, but I'll keep trying.

I'm doing all the warm ups as she instructs, but definitely feeling it in my knees.

Last day of level 1 tomorrow (day 10)!

aut: you have been missing days... its gonna take you double the time... if you want to see results fast... or in due time, like JM says, you have to do it everyday for the full 20 mins at the speed she is doing it. that is your goal...

now thats how its meant to be... we are mothers and ofcourse our kid comes first... im like you... missing a day here and there cuz i just dont get the time.. nor the energy to work out..

i can honestly say i got results within 10 days with level 1 cuz i did it everday.. with level 2.. i have missed a day in between cuz of guests and mil's illness... the weight loss has gone down too.. i should have lost a lot more by now. lekin koi baath nahi

dont let it get to you.. keep working at it. atleast you are doing soething... if you had any more time, you could go for a run on your treadmill and do some more cardio... but like i said before.. only put on so much on your work out plate that you can deal with. until then, slow results arent so bad either :)

my lower abdomen hurts like i am perioding... but im not... its just the ab work out working and making me sore. im happy bout the pain :D

otherwise.. nothing more to say... looking fwd to finishing day 20 and starting level 3

i had some choc cake today... gaaliya derahi hu apnay aap ko... god knows how many push ups im gonna havta do to get rid of that added weight! argh

my trouble zone is my tummy and my backboobs.. i really want to see them gone... they are so hard to work out... especially cuz my lower body strength is much more than my upper body ... my can work out better with my legs than with my arms... all those weight excercises are making me so sore.. not to mention i still cant finish the last set of butterfly pull ups with weights which are meant to be great for your flabby underarm area as well as a total work out for your back chest and front chest.
