aww, but considering how most of the “Khawateen” have noticed some changes in them after just 3-4 workouts, I’m sure you must have too. And you love khawateen for introducing to it, paagal.
The initial side effects (soreness) are natural on the parts you must’ve worked on, after 2 workouts on that particular body part the pain will just vanish away.
How tall are you? If not very, don’t you think that will be bad for you? If you’re 5’4 or shorter, around 115lbs would give you BMI in the lowest end of the normal range. If you’re taller, 108lbs will not be good for your health.
^ PS: I was about 105-108 before I had to take some meds, which caused me to gain weight (and that was after four years of marriage -- I was about 5 lbs lighter than that when I got married). So I'm trying to figure out the right weight for myself to be hot and healthy -- whatever seems natural for my body type. I don't think I'll get down to 107 in this 30 days, but that's fine by me.
^5'2 at 107 would be 19.6 for your BMI. That is still in the normal range, on the low side.
You might want to look into body fat index. That will give you a better indication of what is better for your health, in terms of fat content of your body.
For me personally, I don't need to lose weight. But I can benefit from losing a bit of extra fat and by gaining some muscles - especially gaining some muscle. Gaining muscle would push my BMI up and lower my body fat index, which is what's best.
Sahar, I think 110lbs would be ideal weight for you giving you a BMI of 20.1. Healthy BMI range is 18.4-24.9. As, CL said you should look into your percent body fat. Most women tend to have high 20s percent body fat. Low 20s is an ideal number. The easiest way to determine this is to do a Body Impedance Analysis. Most gym's have a weight machine that also does this analysis.
Today I did it early in the morn so I can go about my day without feeling guilty or bad... It is done and over with. I did mix it up with 5lb weight for dumbbell rows and the side lunges and chest flys. Rest 2lb weights were used...my legs are killing me... I guess that is what happens when you take rest days... promised myself that I would go shopping after doing this for 8 days continuously.... my abs are killing me...I still can't do bicycle crunches... can't make myself go up and move my legs at the same time...so am just doing bicycle movements with the legs....there is a pooch there that I don't dig...
I am the biggest looser of all. in 3 months of time i lost 2.5 kilos and gained it back all. whenever i think of doing dieting and controlling my portions size i get so hungry and keep munching all day. i cant control my craving for sweets. well now i starting again from point zero and i also want to try this 30-days shred (after seeing impressive figures my khawateen). i downloded level 1 part 1 but cant find rest of the parts, does anyone has link to those vids.

I just weighed myself after two days and I’m up to 123.4’ which could be natural body fluctuations, a build up of muscle mass, or Thanksgiving dinner taking its toll
About the weight thing, so when pregnant, I hit about 145lbs. Within a couple months my weight dropped to 117 without me doing anything but being a mom. I weighed myself a couple months ago and it had gone UP to 127, which I blame on all the cake cravings I have due to nursing. Anyway, being a tiny bit more conscious about what I eat dropped my weight to about 122-123, but it’s been stuck there now for a few weeks, so I think this work out will get me toned up and reduce the fat.
By the way, my structure is pretty petite and every lb I gain shows on my face and tummy. I don’t have nice womanly hips, so the weight doesn’t spread out over them, it just juts out to a spare tire//muffin top. I mainly want that to goo away. And I want that double chin to be reduced (I know it won’t go away thanks to genetics).
Finished day 4 today, not as sore as I was one the first 2 days.. so sore that even praying was a task!
I find the jumping jacks, skipping slightly easier and don’t need to stop as much as I had to on day 1 and 2. I think I finally love khawateen and JM both.. and NO chunky, I won’t have meat.
sorry guys… i am going nuts .. my sil is visiting with her soon to be 2 yr old and i have my own 19 month old so its REALLY hard finding time to work out… i missed a day between day 13 and 14…
level 2 is going great… i sweat heaps! the weight is still at 67 which im pissed bout BUT i still have lost inches further.. cuz my clothes are getting loser… awesomeness!
not at all sore anywhere… everything is going great… last set of strength training is hell and i have to do it with no weights… but oh well…
im sooo pleased that the girls are still with me working out… its hard .. i know… but we have to do it… yes she can!
hte praying bit is SO TRUE… i had to pray in such weird poses when i was at the beginning days for level 1…lol… but it gets better.. u just cant miss any days .. have to plough through!
