auto... u should try zumba. jm is just not good for knees.. and if u replace a lot of the routines.. its just not as effective in weight loss.

Thank u! To be honest I didn't want to see Jillians face again for a bit lol, and her moves are sometimes repeated So I thought id try something different..Insanity seemed like an insane idea so I thought 'd give it a go.

Im on day 2 and its not that bad, I am enjoying myself and finally sweating! But I loved the ab exercises on Jillians and I love that burning feeling, no crunches on this programme so far.

And everyone, if you want the link on where you can download insanity if you don't want to purchase it, pm me and I will send it to u. It costs a lot and I thought I'd try it before buying, but instead downloaded off a site for free and saved it to a memory stick, quality is perfect!

Finished with the shred..... Total loss is 8 kgs and 2 dress sizes. I wasnt expecting more with a 30 day weight loss prog.... My clothes fit better.... And i got rid of my back boobs....

I still have my muffin top belly ... But that i will be correcting with anoer weight loss progi just ordered.... Watch out for a theread soon:)

I need HELP! I am 70kgs, 5-3, hopelessly out of shape :( Is it doable for me too? Or should I ease myself into it by first brisk walking and doing lighter exercise? I tried Turbo Fire but just can't make myself to do more than ten mins of any class, my lungs scream for air, throat gets parched etc and i HAVE to stop. I desperately need to shed the extra baggage and get back to shape. My goal is to reach 60kgs max by Aug 13.

I started Jillian Michaels 30 days shred a while ago and I am right now on day 5 of level 2.
I was more disciplined during level 1 and did it every day regularly, but then during level 2 there were so many interruptions due to traveling, that I had a gap of 3 days on day 2 of level 2.

However, I can tell a minimal difference in size when it comes to my clothes, but none on the weight machine.

I hope I can complete the 30 days, as it is getting tougher every days...

Hi guys, I want to join you lot in this. I did level 2 today but didn't finish it....... But I'm intending to pull up my socks from tomorrow.
I need to list around 10 kg and want to do it fast.

After about a month of walking/jogging for an hour for 5-6 days a week, I tried doing the shred again yesterday and I was finally able to get through all the circuits. Previously, I used to start feeling sick within the first 10 minutes. Tried doing it 2-3 times before but gave up each time. Yesterday it actually felt easy. Most beginners in this thread seem to have experienced a lot of soreness in the beginning, I didn't even experience that. It didn't hurt me any more than my daily cardio interval training. So those of you who find the shred really hard, you should try improving your stamina through cardio exercise before moving onto HIIT stuff like the shred. You'd be amazed!

^ no the results are pretty dramatic.

Don’t expect the scale to go down drastically but your body is going to start to change very drastically around day 4-5. Your clothes will start fitting better so it’s a workout for actually body change.

Probably the best workout in the market for the quickest total body makeover in 30 days.

  • she explains this in the video where she says that the purpose is to give you the v shape. smaller waist, obliques come in. Arms will get defined with those strength exercise and planks.

hmmm I should start too for June.

^ arm definition is my number one aim. i was stupidly sore yesterday and didn’t come home until 10:30 so i missed day 2, but today will be day 2 inshAllah and i’m actually really excited about it!

I am doing the squat challenge(without weights), and 1 hour walking,
trying to eat healthy.

I have not done this before.

I am on day 2, not that much sore, but doing pushups today was hard..

Adding green tea this week to my diet..5 cups a day :slight_smile:
