hmmna: ok.. a typical day for me is this
wake up at 7 with midget... have 4 glasses of water in an hour. this really rinses out your system and moisturizes it.
at 10.. genie wakes up.. give her the bottle and have bfast myself.. which is always always muesli (it used to be all chocolate until one day mr tall educated me and said... your body will burn this sugar first.. and then the fat.. are you working out enough in the shred to make sure it even gets to fat burning?! .. i quit the chcolate muesli and bought boring fruit one instead :( )
after an hour of having had food.. i do my shred.... shower... by this time its feeding time for genie... feed her.
drink a glass full of skim milk
cook dinner and make a light snack for midget. clean up the place.. laundry .. vaccuum .. whateverr needs to be done.
put genie to nap
make a salad with any kinda salad leaves... an apple, any kinda cheese.. one slice or about 2 tbsp.. i love brie or havarti, cucumber, sunflower seeds or melon seeds, capsicum, 2 tbsp corn (sometimes), mushroom... and any kinda protein or fish.. make it nice and filling. oh and croutons... about 2 tbsp. mmmm.
have 2 hours to eat the salad... and relax before genie wakes up and midget comes home... at the same time. on the dot! hehe.
this is also the only time i literally get to sit down. no kidding.
genie wakes up... midget comes homes (sometimes i pick him up.. infact im gonna make this my job cuz it always is good to do a light walk after a work out)..
give them both food.. prep food for the next day.
once they are done.. play around with them... this is no less than the shred.
after 2 hours.. its dinner time... 6.30 pm. all of us. either roti.. veggies which includes potato.. baked protein or fish.. or roti salan. whatever it is.. we all eat it.. i have no diff diet food... one roti, 2 or 3 serving spoons of rice... 4-5 potatoes... etc. (ofcourse not at the same time haha)...
thats it for the day. i drink a lot of water.. i love water... lots of it. we drink green tea on and off after meals. nothing religious.
we dont bring any pitcher of water to the table... if u feel thirsty or ate something spicey.. say hello to uncle yoghurt.
after an hour.. water becomes available :D
some quiet time before midet goes off to bed after a glass of milk... followed by genie.
milk time for us grown ups. skim again.
end day.
you will see i didnt add any snacks. i dont. probalby cuz everything i could snack on.. its been put in the salad haha :D
as for junk food... i wont lie.. i have it here and there. but not everyday. like today the pull was too great.. i had 1 stick of twix. i shall not deprive myself. :hehe.
