**DAY 10 end of level 1!!!

**it took sheer willpower from day 7 fwd cuz i was bored! im so glad this level is done and dusted.. i remember liking level 2 the best the last time i did it. i hope it still holds true.

now.. i know some of u are not doing the measurements and weigh ins until you are done with the whole month… im a woman and cant sustain that long cuz the sheer curiousity will kill this cat.

so here are my changes:

hips : 1/2" loss

bust: no change :wtf:!!!

waist: 3" loss (yeeehaw)

bicep: no change (i could care less bout this bodypart).

weight: lost of 2 kgs.

this is with a regular diet.. im not a foodie like i said… but ive had pizza in these 10 days, rice, potatoes, a bit of chips and chocolate.

im thinking.. if i had not eaten any of that… maybe i would have lost more… but i dont wanna do that… deprivation never works for me. all the stuff eaten above was done in moderation.

level 2.. morrow.. here i come! i lost the most with this level the last time.. hmm..

ok read the results of my day 10 weigh in and measuring 2 yrs ago... it was must more... but then.. i was dealing with a LOT of crazy back then... oh and we also lived on the 3rd floor with no elevator..with countless trips up and down with midget hanging off of my hip... that must count for somethign too...

I didn’t eat all day as I knew I would be having a very caloric dinner tonight. Going for a walk now. No shred tonight.

i ate some shhhhh chocolate cake. It was beyond yum and I am not feeling guilty :hypo:

awwww, thats cute! my cats get in the way, especially when im doing push ups they find its the ideal time to crawl under me, constantly looking over my shoulder in case I squish them whilst doing a jumping jack! Anyways..off to do day 3 level 2. Its so nice to have u guys here for company!

The chocolate cake is making me feel very guilty today.

Anyways 5 more days to go. I have already lined up workouts for the next month. It will be ripped in 30 with some kickboxing DVD (tae bo) 3x a week, Pilates daily for 30 min.

**O M G! why did i remember this level as being better than level 2?! i HURT.

definately felt worked out.... i was close to not sweating with level 1 anymore... but man level 2 has bust my chops. i was a waterpark.. i especially hated how most of the workouts were in the push up position... argh. i hate that position the most. the cardio was better.. i hate jumping jacks...

i feel so good after that work out taht im having a twix.. just one of the sticks. cuz i deserve it.

**man its still tough... Im leaving out a lot of the end seconds... I need to reduce the weight by half. I cant do a complete set with them.

But im so pleased with my waist...weehee.

Not so much rhe underarms... I know this level really works them...but god its tough lifting the weights in hose positions!!

Whenever u feel like this....go to youtube and search for results with shred etc.... Real ppl posting eir exp and weight loss.... Man that motivated me like anything!!!!

U r nearly done.... Ripped will be awesome... I cant wait to start it... Got husband to dwd it for me .... Hope he can find a good copy

Khawateen I can't wait to finish it. I haven't seen major weight loss so that's discouraging. With ripped I am gonna do other stuff too as I think 20 min a day is too little for me, even if it is Jillian lol

I just started the 30 day shred... I literally did day one, video one and my arms are still in pain (this was 2 days ago). I'm gonna try it again today. I think its important to learn to kind of wean off the scale and not use it as the be all end all of everything. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you don't see any weight loss but definitely see a visual loss, its a good thing. I've been working out consistantly for 6 months and I've literally dropped no weight but I have decreased inches and toned up pretty well.

Oh thY would.dis outage.me.too... But I k.ow.of.a.few.girls that didn't.lose.with shred... Ut did so with ripped...but they had.to.do.shred.first.to.build.stamina... They tried.without and.couldn't.get.past the.first week...

Ripped.is 30 mins... Or was.it 45 cuz its 4 circuits.instead.of 3.

right help ppl..in a bit of a dilemma with this workout my fat parts are staying fat and my skinny parts are getting even more skinnier! makes no sense.. for example..my waist was small but my stomach was rather fat and looked like a little pot hanging off my front!...now my waist is getting even smaller (not that I mind) but stomach is still hanging out!! has anyone else experienced this?

If I were you I would continue with the workout, perhaps you'll see changes a little later in the areas you are concerned about. Other than this try to add an abs workout, there are several 8 min ab videos on youtube. If you still don't see a major change after doing all this then you need more cardio. I believe adding just about 5-10 minutes will help tremendously.
