Was really tough today cuz i had been cooking sll day and prepping the place for guests.... Didnt think i would be able to work out but i did.... Im seeing thr results man.... But no more checking.... Stomach is more flat and not poking out as much...wahoo.
Im planning on doing the Insanity workout after I have finished the shred, that is really effective and apparently the shred is really good prep for it, anyone heard of it?
Princess87 do u have a good initial level of fitness? I started insanity having not exercised in ages and I found too challenging. It started giving me back problems and I gave it up.
Before getting into Insanity defenitely build your stamina by doing something else first i.e a JM workout. I am on my last week of Insanity, have had good progress, lower abs still need some work. My plan is to go back to JM shred/ripped and then do another round of Insanity in about a month or less.

No I dont lol, just reached level 2 on JM but if I push myself hard enough I can do it. I think I'll wait till ive finished the shred

muniya....for me its a matter of will.... So ar i ddint bother with working out, even though i knew shred works wonders cuz ive tried it before... But still...didnt have the willpower to succeed.
Then a switch went off and i took it up again...from one day to another... Its still boring as hell cuz u are doing the same thing for 10 days... But ere is no stopping u from moving on to the next level eariler... If u havta the stamina built up and level one has become too easy.
A hot bod is totally reachable... Just havta jump up high enough to gasp it.

Had to skip a day cuz of overnit guests... Left at 5 am and ive been up since 4 am... Also...midget came down with stomach fly so double yay eh.
Ddint think i would do it today either.... But then i felt weird... My body wanted to shred.... So i mustered up the courage and just did it...feel much better.
Nothing to report cept ive surviced a week of shredding...
level 2 day 1..I think I almost died. Hopefully day 2 is a bit better. Its weird I copy Anita (the easy one) she looks better than Jillian body-wise. And wenever they grin, those big cheesy smiles like theyr not working out but sitting on a beach somewhere I feel like killing them.
and i have always followed anita.. i remember writing hwo she had better stomach than JM. natalie has a crazy smile plastered on her face most of the time.. i tried smiling whilst workingout.. i too got the crazy smile.. haha..

**done... im bored... i was very close to doing level 2.. but then i thought.. nahi... finish it off... morrow last day of level 1.. and then level 2... we have ppl at every level.. i like that!
Haha the crazy smile I noticed that too. I did perfect beginners push-ups yesterday and today. An awesome non scale victory for me. I have been thinking of doing ripped next. I will have to mute it though as Jillian just doesn't shut up in that one
i never listen to her... cept the first time i did it...to get the tips etc... after that.. mute and listen to the my own jukebox.. first midget and now midget and genie. tiem really does fly watching my 2 lil ones do the shred alongwith me.
