Could someone help me out with the measurements bit please, I finally decided to them but the stomach ones are confusing me a bit. After ive had water or tea my stomach swells up about 3 inches more than usual, this differs depending on what ive eaten and other stuff, so how do I take this measurement when its always different?
yesterday was pure hell…I was so sore I felt like crying!!!
and then overnight, the pain started diminishing…I woke up feeling pretty damn good. Instead of working out in the morning, I did the shred at 4pm…and I got through it fine!! My form was better and I’m taking less and less breaks, in short, day 4, I killed it!
that is soooo awesome hmmna!!!!! have you weighed or measured yourself at all since you started... to see if you are losing?
i took a sneak peak yesterday .. just the waist measurement... and i went giddy... lost 1.5 inches. it motivated me to do day 6 today.

**again.. nothing new to report cept its weird.. one day i breeze through.. the next day i find it a bit hard.. i wonder if it is dependant on my sleep the night before... i only got 6 hours last night.. and was sooo tired... measured myself.. and saw the change in waist measurment.. and i just got rolling. hehe. i havent measured anything else yet.. nor weighed.. just so the number diff at the end of day 10 looks big :D
morrow will be a week... reading my past exp... day wise... its the same loss i saw the first time around... im glad cuz im 2 yrs older and have 2 kids... phew!
do not be disheartened ok... everyone has dif weight loss... i lose fast initially and then it goes slow... you may be one of those that lose slow and then fast... but lose we both do at the end fo it all...
and a lot of ppl i know didnt lose with shred but did so with ripped... so if you feel you didnt see major resulsts ... u can always do her ripped dvd...
there is also another awesome excercise routine.. called Tabata... i can pm u if u want.. with info.. or just google.
but dont look elsewhere yet... continue with shred until its done.
I am on a diet of 12-1400 cals. I am not quitting the shred. If nothing else I am enjoying the definition on my arms. I think it's a case of slow and steady for me. And thanks for the company khawateen :D nice to have a shredding buddy I can whine to
nothing new to report…body seems to have adjusted well, no more extreme soreness. Still can’t do a real push-up, have to be modified on knees but that’s okay!
have noticed any pounds shed, but my backside seems to be shrinking! I will pull out the measuring tape to compare before and after when I finish level 1…and then again at level 2.
im also sticking to 1200 calorie diet. That part is going really well, but because I have so much to lose, I’m thinking about adding in some pure cardio (elliptical) in with the shred also
khatti.. do tabata... i added that today... INSANE... i was sweating buckets .. and only in 4 mins... google it. ask me if u get lost.. sounds hard but it isnt.
