Not at the moment, but i’ve done it several times in the past, stick to it and you’ll see good results.

Hi every1 well hi me as I am the only one on this thread. Is it still active?
anyways I m having trouble with keeping a healthy diet. Just now ate a plate of rice :( all the carbs I can already feel them stagnating on my tummy.
how has your diet been while on the shred?
Don't cut everything out.. as they say it's not a diet its a life style change, i eat rice whenever i want to mostly only once a week.. workout eat withing ur cals and you are good to go!

I didn't stop not even a 5 sec break. I find the first circuit the hardest esp the strength moves. Today I did 6 beginners push ups and for the second time just planked.
I have gained a pound. I hope it's muscle and not the chocolates from day 1. :/

and i really enjoyed it. just had a little knee pain so i stopped going deep on the lunges.

i had a very bad headache all day So didn't exercise.

gna start level 2 in 2 days gulp.

am gna regret saying this on day 11 but I can't wait to start level 2. I breeze thru level 1. Am very pleased with this considering I collapsed in a mushy heap on day 1.

finished 30 day shred, one size smaller,lost lots of inches and 7lbs lighter...
i have started running every day and redoing ripped in 30 level 1...i feel great! onwards and upwards

it was such welcome relief to go on from level 1. That had become very boring. Loved level 2. Really worked me out. However I need to be very mindful of form in this level as I can already feel my back twinging

level 1 day 1, trembling, thank god I did it just before bed time, don't mind the abs exercises or all the jumping around like teletubbies but those lungey things using the weights kill me...Im shaking as i'm typing this, think I will record my progress here :) I hope I have the strength to do it tomorrow! good luck everyone who is doing it! Not measured myself as I cant be bothered but have taken pictures, so will compare myself every 10 days

DAY 2 of 30
I still have to stop several times to catch my breath but I am LOVING it cuz the feeling u get afterwards is amazing!.
Also when u r working so hard, it becomes easy to eat less cuz u dont feel like wasting all ur hardwork. Before working out, i tried dieting but always ended up eating what i felt like eating.
I hope to continue this way INSH ALLAH!
FEET HURTING
Ok so my feet hurt during cardio moves, esp the arch area on the bottom of the feet. I searched a lil and found out its cuz of flat feet or wrong kinda shoes. So m gonna be investing in some good workout shoes. Shoes that give arch support and are good for walking.

lol thank u for the reassurance, im exhausted, not in pain thank god! but jst getting ready to do day 2, i drown out her voice by listening to really loud music and muting the tv!

yayy, someone on the same day as me! Im more comfortable doing it bare feet, the floors on my house are quite hard, concrete floors or I wear thick bed socks, did it in my pyjamas yesterday but not a good idea as I got really hot! so changing clothes today.
