Oo i want to join tooo really getting fat and want to lose weight.with this workout we have to cut down meals or what?

If we do it early morning(that’s when I’ve more energy for some reason), can we drink water or orange juice before workout? I started two years ago and did religiously for three weeks 30 day and three weeks her ab workout, huge difference. I ordered my dress in January and wedding was in April 2011 and the dress ofcourse was loose:bummer:

Low fat meals in small portions
avoid sugar and stuff made in lots of oil
drink plenty of water
eat fruits
drink low fat milk

Doing insanity pure cardio along with this every day, and keeping my calories around 1200-1500. I'm seeing a steady loss of 2lbs a week .. Guys make sure you log everything you eat into a calorie app or a journal , really helps... And the inches are literally falling off.. Weight is taking longer .. P.s I also do an upper body toning vid every day for 15 mins as my prob area is there... Good luck guys!

I really don't want to go through 39 pages and find out there is no link to download the workout. But I am in dire need to lose weight. I tried going to the gym but I can't manage to go as often as I should. Cannot spend money to buy the DVD. So does anyone have the link to download free workouts like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Insanity or PX90. Anything that helps. Please!!

Hey guys are any of you asthmatic here? I've been trying out this workout and within 5 minutes I am on my knees catching my breath with my inhaler lol. I am not fat but I do need a lot of toning. Also my life is so not healthy with nearly no exercise. If I continue like this I'll have a higher chance of dying with cardio issues rather than asthma lol. Please share you workout routines if you face similar problems like me. I'll appreciate it a lot!

Going to start the 30 day shred today iA.

Last time did it for 3-4 days. Its just hard for me to stick to the same thing everydayy.

I just did one workout yesterday, didn’t last the whole 30 mins, clonked out after 17 minutes. I am so unfit! Haven’t exercised in over 6 months :bummer:

hi guys i have been pointed to this thread by the lovely khwateen.
started today with shred got to 16 min but i did it again after few hrs. still managed 16 min. so all in all 32 min of exercise not too bad for a complete couch potato.
i read the first something pages of this thread. am very inspired by the success stories.

Day 2 today,
wasnt as difficult as yesterday and I did all three circuits. The only move I can't do is the push up. I have zero upper body strength.

i really had to push myself today as I pigged out on chocolates yesterday so was quite demoralised.
anywhos day 3 is done. Still can't do push ups though

Hi every1 well hi me as I am the only one on this thread. Is it still active?

anyways I m having trouble with keeping a healthy diet. Just now ate a plate of rice :( all the carbs I can already feel them stagnating on my tummy.

how has your diet been while on the shred?
