I started doing the shred about a year ago, but stopped after 2 months, I did notice the difference. I've started doing it again and only few more days till I move to level 3. I also watch my calorie intake and note them on livestrong.com. So far have lost 5 pounds!!
I switched to 3 lb dumbbells instead of 5 lb dumbbells and can follow her a lot better now. It was also my 4th time doing it so I'm hoping I'm over the intense soreness that followed day 3.
I started this ages ago and then stopped but deffo had noticed a difference when I did do it. Started again a couple of days ago. Level 1, did days 1 + 2. Total Killer! Then I didn’t do it yesterday … lets see today.
I finally restarted the shred after procrastinating for 2 whole months.
Today was Level 1 Day 1 :D I had forgotten how hard the shred was. I wanted to cry but it felt awesome when I managed to finish. I'm not sore yet.
Lippy i started today too, oh boy it is hard. i rested for few seconds in between the circuits after first 10 minutes but i still felt like i was going to die and i threw up like crazy after it and felt nausea for almost 2 hours after that. I really am out of shape. My main goal is not weight loss but getting rid of the muffin top. Keeping my fingers crossed.

It was my first day Yesterday, got really tired in the middle of the exercise like after half time but it wasn't too hard. My main point is to get a flat stomach and get a toned up thighs. My legs still hurts. :( Going to do it now in half an hour.
Go on , start it ladies. It is my first time to start JM, I am so loving it. It was my 4th day today but I missed Yesterday because I planned to do out door activities,missed the 30 minutes work out but walked for 2 hours which might be equal I guess. My plan is to keep the Level1 for the first ten days.
